Exceptional service and high-quality window installation
I was very impressed with how the company handled my window installation from beginning to end. Sebastian, Krystian, and the installation team were incredibly professional throughout the process.
Once the job was finished, they left everything clean and tidy. I am very happy with the results; both the quality of the windows and the craftsmanship were superb. My home is now much quieter, as the windows block out a significant amount of outdoor noise. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows!

A superb company that did not put a foot wrong during the whole process. Sebastian demonstrated the effectiveness of their windows amply on his first visit. We were kept very well informed of the production timeline and finally the fitting was extremely well done with the fitters taking care of our floors and carpets and removing all rubbish at the end. The quality of the windows was in excess of our expectation and the sound reducing effect was all we hoped for.

I got a great service from the beginning (where I received two in-person surveys and had the opportunity to have many calls to choose the right type of window) to the end (the installation was to the highest quality by super professional individuals). It has improved the noise problem in my bedroom. I would highly recommend it.

The company's employees arrived at the expected time and worked quietly, courteously, and efficiently. The removal of old single glazed secondary windows, and the installation of new double glazed secondary windows, for the 5 2-metre high windows was finished on time. The removed glazing was taken away, and the apartment was left in a clean state. I highly recommend this company.

excellent efficient doors - good fitting

The window installation has just been completed, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. The work was done very professionally, carefully, and cleanly far better than we expected. All our questions were answered patiently, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish with in 3 days.

The quality of the windows is outstanding. We live near a train line(piccadilly. line), 9 meter far from lines and the noise reduction is incredible. Before, the noise level was around 55 dB with the old windows closed; now it’s between 25dB to 30bB with the new windows. We can sleep well at the bedroom which is closest to railway.

Overall, an excellent experience with fantastic results. We will definitely use this company again for the front windows and highly recommend them.

An excellent product that not only looks very stylish but, more importantly, has also meaningfully lowered the noise levels in the main bedroom of our flat, which is located just next to the train tracks running into London Bridge Station. The team's service is outstanding: they are extremely careful to keep the building site clean and tidy - and keep working until everything is perfect. Sebastian and Krystian did a great job managing the project, while Julius and Edgar were fantastic in carrying out the works and were a real pleasure to have in the flat.

Great job amazing results

Installation and looks were great. These are quite sophisticated pieces of kit and the functioning is most important but great to see how unintrusive and compatible they are too.

Had the Soundproof Windows out twice now - once for windows once for a front door. Every other tradesman that has been over since has spontaneously complimented the quality of their work. Friendly customer service team too!

They did a great job with replacing all of our windows on a Grade II listed building, including a full rebuild of a front shop window and ten sash windows with shutters (as well as dealing with some nitpicking from the council throughout). They were able to direct me to a good architect to sort out the initial planning permission and drawings, and then kept me informed through the manufacturing process after we got permission.

The new windows make a massive difference for sound levels and insulation compared to the previous windows and seem very good quality. The only very minor complaint I could make is that the shop window rebuild took a little bit longer than originally scheduled, but I think that's well within reason for such a big project.

I would recommend The Soundproof Windows; even if you are in a listed building they can help direct you through the steps involved and make sure everything goes smoothly.

Great windows. Had some issues with the colour but everything was solved with clear communication from the business. Soundproofing is better than expected.
