I'm a professional violinist in the UK and have used String Zone for years. Super reliable, helpful, fast delivery.

I was very disappointed with the customer service of String Zone. I am interested in a high-end carbon fiber violin bow and sent email for enquiry. Unfortunately, no reply so far despite 3 emails were sent in the past week. How could I place order for a high-end violin bow without any communication with customer services.
