The Switch Avaliações

The DNA Offer Machine Bootcamp exceeded every expectation I had. The structure, the clarity and the frameworks.
What stood out the most is the career focus—not just teaching concepts, but preparing you to sell your experience, position your value, and navigate the job market with confidence.

The frameworks for resume building, Positioning, LinkedIn optimization, and market research are incredibly powerful. I’ve taken multiple courses before, but nothing comes close to the practical, actionable, and outcome-driven approach of this program.

I have joined on sep'25 The Switch bootcamp. In the entire bootcamp they have provides in depth training in HR call script, resume optimisation and practical exposure via Prod-Biz case studies. It also includes comprehensive interview preparation to enhance client confidence and readiness for employment.

Team Switch helped me prepare for real scenarios, from HR call script to career story "why questions". They helped to implement structured framework that built clarity and confidence. This program helped me refine my resume to truly reflect my project, skills and business impact. I got the clarity I needed.

Everything is systematically planned, nothing gimmicky. Earlier, I was not able to align things systematically and now after joining the bootcamp, I got a lot of clarity in how to approach, strategize and execute plans. Also the biggest pro is the 1 on 1 consultation sessions, which helps you a lot.

Clean Journey as ever :
The best part here is they have a system for everything. You won't just hear 'hawabaji' - you will literally get blue print on how to move forward and they are going to help you out through it.

I have taken 4 - 5 courses till now - All online - all bootcamp - but The Switch stands out as they are literally doing what they promised doing right from the first

Japnaam helped me in getting a lot of clarity about what what exactly i need to do in order to get a switch. I had never experience such 1-1 mentorship, which could be so much helpful to build my mindset.

If you're someone who's been trying to pivot into a new career, especially data analytics, but feel stuck despite learning the tools, this platform might be exactly what you need.
I was in a similar situation: coming from a different domain, I was already familiar with the data space and had started learning industry-relevant tools. However, even with this exposure, I kept facing rejections and struggled to make the transition. It felt like something was missing. That’s when I joined the BootCamp, and the experience completely shifted my perspective.
What I realized and what this BootCamp emphasizes beautifully is that mastering tools alone isn’t enough. The real game changer is developing the mindset of a data analyst: how to approach problems, communicate insights, and think critically like someone in the role already.
The structure of the program is incredibly outcome-driven. Rather than pushing you to master every technical detail, the mentor guides you to build the right skillset that’s actually demanded in job interviews. Their focus is crystal clear: help you land a job as quickly as possible by aligning your capabilities with market needs.
This isn’t just another course. It’s a career transformation journey designed for real, practical impact. If you're feeling stuck, confused, or unsure how to make the leap, this could be the nudge you need to make it happen.

To be honest, I’m genuinely amazed by the transformation I’ve seen in myself before and after joining the bootcamp. There has been a significant improvement in my problem-solving skills and logical thinking, especially when it comes to tackling interview questions.

Japnaam has been a game-changer in my journey. From day one, he took the time to understand my background, knowledge level, and challenges. Based on that, he crafted a personalized strategy that helped me build a strong foundation, sharpen my skills, and present myself confidently.

From restructuring my CV to building core concepts from scratch, to teaching me how to approach problems, create logic, and communicate answers effectively during interviews, everything was tailored to help me land a high-paying job.

I mainly wanted to identify my weak areas and work on improving them. Initially, I wasn’t fully aware of what they were, so I was looking for some external guidance and Japnaam really helped me with that.

Best experience. Japnaam has helped me land my dream job and I am very grateful for it

Japnaam is a dedicated and sincere individual who truly wants the best for his clients. I had to drop out of the program for personal reasons but until the time I was part of it, I gained a lot from the bootcamp. The resume reviews, the mock interviews and the case study practice were all especially useful.

I highly recommend the bootcamp and taking Japnaam's help to all analysts who wish to really fast track their job change. It does make a big difference.

The contents of the course is so unique, out of box and yet delivers the maximum Returns on your investment
This course is structured with lot of thought and practically proven methodologies to position yourself higher in the job market.
Japnaam is a goldmine mentor who gives guidance on strategies he has tested in interview scenarios and understands every candidate properly.
Japnaam is not like your random Linkedin guru or Youtuber, but rather a logical and data driven mentor who knows how to make things work.
Mock Interviews conducted by Japnaam will turn you from flower to wildfire

The level of clarity I gained after completing just the first two modules is truly insanw. Working with Japnaam has been an incredibly valuable experience—he doesn’t just deliver generic advice but takes the time to understand the unique challenges you’re facing in your career journey, especially when preparing for a job switch.

I joined this bootcamp around 5–6 months ago with 4 years of experience in analytics at a leading consulting firm. Despite being part of a reputed brand, I felt stagnant in my career, doing the same type of work every day with little to no growth.
This bootcamp gave me much needed clarity on the kind of work I truly want to do in the future. It also opened doors to numerous interview opportunities at top companies like McKinsey, Zscaler, and others. Even with only moderate technical skills, I was able to perform confidently and effectively in these interviews — thanks to the structured guidance, mock interviews, and personalized support provided throughout the program. One of the most valuable outcomes I had was being able to create a holistic summary of my past 4 years of experience. This helped me position myself as someone capable of independently driving projects from scratch — something I hadn’t been able to do before.

Overall, the bootcamp played a crucial role in helping me transition into a more meaningful role.

Japnaam came into my life while I had quit my internship during covid-19 and was struggling to get a job despite multiple applications and interviews.
He helped me with his great expertise and knowledge on how to craft my resume, how to reach out to recruiters and how to crack interviews in my field of choice. I went from having no income to 6LPA job within a matter of weeks. Apart from this he helped me get some very reputed clients for my business and also I used his blueprint to get my current job.
Highly recommend Japnaam and TheSwitch to anyone who is confused, wants a better position, pay, better clients or pretty much anything related to having a better career.
He changed my life and I'm very grateful to him and his company.. and we are still working together by good fortune!
