I took my exhausted phone into techout at no notice and within 2 hrs they'd kitted me out with a perfect replacement within a tight budget, transferred all the geek stuff and made life easy and bearable again. Nothing was too much trouble and they explain very clearly how to work your new toy!.

My phone had a broken charger port the team at the techout diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed within a couple hours and at a decent price couldn't ask for more.

Phone completely shut down. So took it in and Chas sorted it without making me feel inept. Friendly and helpful team. Thank you all thought I was about to lose my right arm.

My macbook ran into some clicking troubles right in the middle of the work day. I took the laptop into the Techout at lunch and they'd fixed it right up before in less than an hour! Fab team, fab turnaround. Thanks guys

Amazing service, knowledgeable staff and lovely environment to wait in!
I have had to visit these guys a few times over the last couple of years and they have absolutely gone above and beyond to help fix my stuff.
Most recently my iphone SE 2022 screen needed replacing and they answered my fb messenger questions almost immediately (late one evening) and told me to come in whenever suited me best. They did the repair and it only cost me £49.99!
Previously, an old phone would not connect to my laptop to download all my photos, and after a looooong investigation, port replacements, lead replacements and laptop diagnostics the problem was fixed and Chaz even downloaded software so I could transfer the photos in a speedier way, totally above and beyond any service I have received at other computer/phone repair services.
If I had to make a complaint, I would just mention that last time I needed their help, there were no sweets available to much on. But honestly, I will never go anywhere else for my techy repair needs.

Absolutely fantastic service in the tech out from start to finish, nothing is to much trouble and they go above and beyond to find you the device your looking for, very friendly people and made to feel very comfortable and welcome, highly recommend these guys for any technology needs be that needing something repaired or wanting to buy a up to date device, these guys are extremely helpful couldn’t ask for better really we will be coming here again ☺️

Brilliant service! Went to buy an AirTag for my new puppy and was served very quickly! My son also asked about a problem with his phone and was helped with that too ! Will definitely be my first port of call for any phone problems
