Thetekko and its employees are reliable, honest, most importantly, they are extremely knowledgeable about each and everyone of their products. You don’t have to believe me I’m just a stranger in the Internet, but from one customer to another this company and it’s employees like Michael are by all accounts, the greatest, kindest, smartest, the most reliable, incredible knowledgeable people you will ever meet and he will go above and beyond for you. Honestly, in my genuine honest experience, it was a 10 out of 10, 5 star experience. If you want any of these products, I would recommend that you get it because this is a reliable company that really honors their word and will give you a great and fantastic product. And I’m very much looking forward to buying another one of their products.

It was a fast easy experience. I especially like the option to search for old games. Thats the reason i bought the upgraded model. Every game i love to play comes with the 40000 game model.

I can’t wait to play all the retro games. The website routinely has discount codes for the console and accessories. The customer service was exceptional. My issue was resolved within an hour.

Okay ive seen so many different adds for so long now about these handhelds from all kinds of different company's. I did some research and landed on Tokko because it was the one IN my face and the most legitimate. So far i haven't received my system but let me tell you the reason why im giving 5 stars before receiving it. The the owner has been reaching out personally too check in and give me information and make sure my device is tailored to me personally. I will be leaving another review about the product ut self when it arrives but CUSTOMER SERVICES HANDS DOWN 8 OUT 5.

Eric was amazing! He texted me minutes after I placed my order for verification on my item and to see if I needed any add ons. I didn’t and I was glad that he wasn’t pushy. He was very friendly and very professional. Shipping took a bit of time but it’s a Christmas gift so I wasn’t too worried. As far as the item, unfortunately I won’t know the quality of it until it’s opened on Christmas but I’ll to come back and update my review!
