I got a message from a service rep within minutes of ordering. They confirmed my address to ensure it would arrive without any issues, and ensured I had ordered the right item. When I expressed interest in another item, they they pre emptively gave me a discount but didn’t use any pressure for the sale.

but, overall, good product. no real complaints.

Scam dropshoppers, they claim 90 days no questions asked returns. They refused after only 19 days and now claim they will only refund if the item is defective. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY

Twice I was sent a product that didn’t work, each time a different problem that rendered the device useless. First time I was sent a new one after an arduous and time-consuming process w customer “service” that required some very useless steps, second time I was offered a 30% discount?? As if I would want to buy this again.
