I am very, very excited to receive the items that I’ve ordered. The customer service with this site is outstanding. They are checking in making sure you’re happy wanting to make sure you received your product and if you need anything else they want you to tell them so they can assist you I think it’s pretty amazing. Customer service is no longer palatable these days but they go above and beyond and it just they shine so I’m very happy.

So easy to deal with and brings back good memories from when I was younger. Would highly recommend this to everybody.

I was not aware of additional ways to enjoy the games. Neil was very helpful with suggestions for add-ons to the products. He expedited my order and made the company available right away, should I have any additional questions or concerns. Excited to receive the games and dominate the domain.

You could jump right in and start the games to play, this is absolutely what I have been looking for to just sit down and relaxing and play games and have thousands of games at my fingertips.

A Tekko worker named Neil messaged me almost instantly trying to up sell me more attachments and add-ons with a 20% before I have even received anything. Just seems pushy and felt like a scam. Website is sometimes down which doesn't help.

I wish I knew it came from China before I ordered it. Also the zipper broke almost immediately and so I can't use the carrying case.
Better graphics but not much more games than the old version.

As soon as I saw the ad for the Tekko One, I knew immediately it would be a perfect gift for my son. The website was easy to find and easy to navigate, and I had constant access to shipping updates. Best order I've made in a long while! Definitely recommend!

Finally found all my old games all in one.
It's like playing back my old Nintendo game boy with more games.

Everything arrived when it was slated to arrive. My tekko was in great condition. I was pleasantly surprised by the carry case that came with it! So it fired right up with no issues from when I opened it. This thing has 43,000+ games on it from systems from the early 80's to the digital era. So far everything went smooth. I even had customer support reach out to see how everything was going, and to see if I was satisfied. 100% great purchase.

Was great that it all came set up. Quality of console was really good. And the price was affordable

I was offered a discount code while browsing, so that was nice and helped me over the fence, lol. I love having the ability to play any old game I can remember! It’s also great for traveling.

After a half-dozen start-ups, the product starts throwing errors when attempting to load games. Cannot find any effective fixes online.

Buggy functioning even before this. Wildly delayed delivery. Find a different product and save yourself the headache.

Everything arrived as ordered and in a timely manner. The only problem was waiting for it to arrive and the impatience that comes with the wait. 😉

Service is horrible.
They deliver it weeks later then promised and delivery instructions are not something they don’t complete but they offer.
Console doesn’t save data
And I don’t even want to waste more time trying something that can’t even save my progress.

Regret spending my money on this.
