Styrofoam boards for underfloor heating…
Styrofoam boards for underfloor heating were cut sloppily, the sides had waves, nothing stuck to each other.
It cost me a lot of time and material to even it all out.

Easy to shop and reasonably priced
Easy to shop and better priced than most websites.
Shipping was quite expensive but on par with other websites, and took 4 days (estimated 2-4 days).

Received phone call just minutes after sending an Email enquiry and got correct information from assistant 👍. Then ordered part (1013008) and it arrived next day 👍.
Didn’t get a proper Invoice/Receipt though, maybe change the 5⭐️ to 4⭐️

Great service
Great service. Hassle free. Friendly driver when the boards etc arrived. They have their own on board fork lift. It was well wrapped and weather proof. Just make short there is enough access for a class 3 or class 2 truck. Could not fault.

Excellent customer service
UFHGroup sourced and supplied parts I required for an existing system. These parts were outwith the normally stocked catalogue but they were able to supply them at a reasonable cost also. Communication was excellent. Overall a pleasure to do business with and I will definitely be returning as a customer.
