Brilliant desk. Great quality and exceptional value for money. All components clearly numbered and the assembly was a breeze due to the excellent instructions. Delivery super-quick too. Can’t fault this company. 5 stars.

Excellent clothes hanging rail on movable castors. Sturdy, well constructed and ideas for a small space. Great service, communication and delivery. Would recommend.

TL>DR: Seriously unimpressed, though largely because of the couriers. DPD gave a one-hour delivery slot, which I missed, so they decided to deliver to a depot (but not the closest), which couldn't take the parcel because it was too big. I did try to get a redelivery,from wherever, but so far nothing. I will shop from companies that run their own delivery in future. The vendor is responsible in law for the parcel up until it is delivered.

Waited 8 weeks or more for a unit that was just awful! Wouldn’t buy from these guys again

Then I did receive a full refund but no replacement so now I have to dispose of the product and I’m back to square one

The stools were easy to assemble and are quite sturdy. They look good and are good value for money. Having bought them to replace faux leather topped stools which split after only two years, they seemed rather hard to sit on at first but we're getting used to them

Great communication with updates on shipment
This is my second purchase and the quality is great and very easy to build

delivery was 2 days late - I waited in and each day it didnt arrive. When the table finally arrived the glass was completely smashed and I had to wait 5 days for a replacement to be sent. Wont buy from you again and suggest you relook at your delivery service provider if you want happy customers.

The manufacturer supplied a reboxed and already damaged wall-mounted display cabinet. The Urban Mill reacted very quickly and efficiently in supplying a replacement that was as it should have been. In any business, where there are humans involved, mistakes can happen. It is how well and how quickly any problem is resolved, and in my case, the staff at The urban Mill came up 'trumps'

Quick Delivery, beautiful lamp, thought it will be heavy base however it is very light, but overall we are happy.

Brilliant desk and excellent customer service.

The first delivery got damaged in transit and Ella from the customer care team immediately sorted this out and arranged for an alternate desk to be sent to me. Arrived the next day. The desk itself was easy to make. I did it myself and took about 2-3 hours. Very happy with it! :)

The table came and had a slight crack in it; I informed the company and a new one was sent out the day after and was just as described! Very happy with the product and with the customer service we received!

Despite the wait. I was very pleased with the product and the cheerful service.

Urban Mill a great company to deal with. Ordered.console table from Urban Ella from company emailed it was out of stock amd they were waiting on new delivery of it. Gave me other optios or i could wait on next delivery. I waited omly couple of days and table didnt dsappoint. Glad i waited excellent service from Start to finish

Great product, fast delivery

Good quality product, very well packed, simple instructions. Really pleased with them.

My first delivery my item was damaged, I contacted the urban mill and was contacted back quickly with next steps even recieving a call from them as my email didn't go through to find out how they can help, was very impressed. The situation was corrected fast and now have my item which is perfect. I would use them again as shows even if something goes wrong they are fast to correct it. Less stress for the buyer also.

The item received was damage , however I had a really prompt response and an apology. This issue was very quickly resolved and I was offered a replacement or refund.

Very pleased with my new Hallway Unit. Arrived quickly and safely packaged. Took an hour to assemble and looks great in my hallway. Plus buying with Urban Mill cost ONE THIRD of the the cost of the same item from Wayfair - bargain!
