That's great to hear, hope you have some amazing wasabi is a year or so! Don't forget you can trim off some leaves and stems as it grows and use them in salads & sandwiches :)
The products are of such good quality
The products are of such good quality, you can tell the difference, great flavours, and the miso is so delicious I could eat it straight out of the tub. Delivered very promptly, I have been ordering for a while now, all first class.

Ninja (amazing) customer service
I have to say that Chris and his team are really quite amazing at customer service. His courier let him down (totally not his fault) and so he sent out now one, but TWO replacement orders to make sure I get the items in time. He followed up with me constantly to make sure I was happy and basically mad a crappy situation into a good one. Ninja customer satisfaction skills. Thank you Chris

Delighted with both product and service from The Wasabi Company.
I bought a a Yuzu tree from The Wasabi Company. For the size of the tree the price was excellent, and I'm confident that what I have bought is a genuine Yuzu, so many advertised as Yuzu trees are not. The tree arrived in excellent condition, big, healthy and bursting with new growth. It was packed very safely and securely, and anchored in it's box, so it couldn't move around and get damaged whilst in transit, which is vital for safe transportation of live plants. Providing a next day delivery service was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend The Wasabi Company and would certainly buy from them in the future.

Delivery unclear
Ordered express delivery Friday morning 9am . Nothing in confirmation email about when it will be delivered. Saw nothing on website about it either . Called on Monday and was told will arrive Tuesday as they don’t post on Fridays . Was apparently written in small print which I didn’t see at any stage of order process. So didn’t line up well with my Saturday sashimi.
Product is ok though and company genuine

This is a very late reply (nearly 3 years) but we are just getting started with Trust Pilot and wanted to assure any readers out there that we have a 1-2 day Express Delivery service with DHL available alongside our standard Royal Mail service, all delivery details are now clearly stated on our website. This review is 100% correct in that orders that include fresh produce received after 11am on a Thursday do not get sent until Monday because we cannot guarantee them arriving in the condition we want you to receive them. We have updated all the information on the website to clearly underline this, sorry for the inconvenience we caused you.
