Fantastic help and advice from Adam in helping my find my dream watch. Delivered the next day by Royal Mail, it's in incredible condition, yet was noticeably cheaper than an older version in worse condition that was for sale in a local jewellers. All in all, it was a great buying experience, and one I'd definitely recommend

I was a bit nervous ordering as it's not as well known of a preowned watch seller, but the quality and price of a breitling i'd been hoping for was too good to miss and i'm so so pleased i ordered. During the last couple of months I have been searching for my holy grail watch, The Tudor Harrods Special Edition. There were a few Harrods on EBay but I was uneasy in purchasing an expensive watch from a private seller.
A few days ago I saw a Harrods advertised on The Watch Experts website. It looked amazing and was competitively priced, it was also a younger watch than those advertised elsewhere. I contacted Adam and the communication from him was first class, I purchased the watch on Friday afternoon, and the watch arrived this morning, that is what you call world class service.
The watch is immaculate and to say I’m overjoyed is an understatement!
I cannot recommend The Watch Experts enough, amazing purchase experience and a massive shout out to Adam.

Amazing service. Ordered my watch 3pm in the afternoon and received it the following morning at 11am. Very well packaged. Watch was exactly as described and I am more than pleased with this. Over the last few years I have used another site and this is my first purchase from the Watch Experts and certainly not my last. I was looking at buying a new Tag watch when I came across the same watch on The Watch Experts, I was pretty apprehensive as this was my first quality watch purchase but needn't have been, it was as described, a good price and the delivery prompt. Extremely happy.

I contacted the watch experts on Tuesday this week to enquire about trading my omega seamaster in for a planet ocean. Adam came back to me with a value for mine, explained the process and done a deal on the planet ocean! Posted mine away the next day, value was confined after a workshop check by Thursday mid morning and I was paid by the afternoon. By Friday I had my new watch which is exactly as described!

I have bought a few watches over the years and never had such a good experience. Honestly 10/10 from start to finish.
