es tut uns wirklich sehr leid, von deiner Erfahrung zu lesen, und deine Bewertung macht uns sehr traurig. Kundenservice ist uns sehr wichtig, deshalb möchten wir unbedingt verstehen, was hier passiert ist.
Es stimmt, dass wir in den letzten Wochen ein außergewöhnlich hohes Anfragevolumen hatten und deutlich mehr Nachrichten als gewöhnlich erhalten haben. Wir sind ein kleines Team und arbeiten intensiv daran, alle Anfragen zu beantworten und so schnell wie möglich wieder auf dem aktuellen Stand zu sein. Es tut uns sehr leid, falls du deshalb länger als gewohnt auf eine Antwort warten musstest.
Was uns allerdings sehr überrascht, ist die von dir beschriebene Kommunikation. Unsere Antworten auf Kundenanfragen enthalten immer eine persönliche Rückmeldung und die entsprechenden Informationen zum jeweiligen Anliegen. Eine Antwort, die lediglich aus „Danke“ oder „Ja“ besteht und keinerlei weitere Informationen enthält, entspricht nicht unserer Kommunikation und können wir so nicht als Antwort unseres Customer-Service-Teams nachvollziehen.
Da deine Bewertung anonym ist, können wir deine Anfrage leider nicht zuordnen und dich auch nicht direkt kontaktieren. The shop asistent were very rude but the shop is very nice so I buy but the experience were not as I imagine when you get in to a shop like that. It can be better.

Purchased a t-shirt from Thinking Mu on…
Purchased a t-shirt from Thinking Mu on 27th June order number 121834 . Arrived in pretty good time . But on only the second wear on 13th July the patch motif on the back of the shirt has torn the material it is stitched to below the neckline . I contacted the company and was told I would have a response by 4th working day , which hasn’t happened . The t-shirts are of striking design and they are very expensive so I am really disappointed in such a slow response time . Doubt I will buy from this company again ?
So , here we are 28th July , after a response from Thinking Mu eventually , they offered to send another t-shirt to replace the poor quality one I had received , I accepted this offer . but another 10 days on from our contact , still no sign of my t-shirt , any details of shipment and no response from Thinking Mu to my correspondence . Be very wary of trading with this company , they don't supply very good quality products , they don't respond within the 4 days they talk about in their 'automatic response email ' and they seem to just assume that you will go away if they ignore you . They don't do as they promise / commit to !

international shipping problems
according to their shipping policies, they cover any tax/duty for shipping to US, but DHL sent me a bill (~$55USD) for my order (which was under $200). I reached out to customer support three times over five days, twice via email and once through their customer support portal. I offered to pay fees, work with them as needed, but never received a response. The item ended up getting shipped back to them.
*At some point they paid the DHL fee, and I received my item. However, this was not communicated with me. I just received the item one day. Then about a week after I received the item them sent a response to two of my messages apologizing about the issue. For my inconvenience, they refunded me $15 or half of my shipping/handling charge which was $30.

As soon as we became aware of it, we worked directly with DHL to make sure your order was delivered without any additional charges, as all duties and taxes for US orders are covered by us. As a gesture of apology, we also refunded your shipping costs in full (24.90 USD).

Diseños preciosos y de calidad.
Solo he comprado una vez con esta tienda y la calidad de la ropa es excepcional y cuentan con diseños preciosos. Y tienen en cuenta tamaños para mujeres petit como yo, lo cual se agradece.
Fui a retirar la ropa que compré online a la tienda en Chueca, Madrid, y la que atiende en caja fue muy fría y ni me miró a los ojos para saludar, como si no hubiera entrado nadie. El otro chico, si fue más atento pero igualmente el trato se sintió un poco distante por lo que seguiré comprando online y en las próximas ocasiones preferiré pagar por el transporte para que me llegue a casa, ya que con una bienvenida así de fría no me siento cómoda recorriendo la tienda para ver las prendas.
Sin embargo veo que la atención al cliente en redes sociales si es muy buena.

Great items but service needs improvement
I ordered embroidered shorts but received them only partly embroidered. When contacting the costumer service they offered to send me a new pair of shorts and I asked them to send them in a different size. Despite my request they notified me they will send me the same size due to their mistake. When I tried to correct their representative, they never responded back and shipped the wrong size shorts. Overall, good quality items but disappointing costumer service.

He comprado sólo una vez en la tienda de Donosti. Además de que me gustó mucho el diseño y calidad de la ropa, las dos chicas que me atendieron fueron encantadoras . Una pega , que el probador está abajo y abajo no hay ropa para ir probándote más cosas que puedas ir viendo ….:)
