The support team especially the accounts support team is very forth coming. They help with status & details of payment promptly. Mostly I have interacted with Mr. Ankur & found him very helpful.
In last 2-3 months I remember him helping me on many occasions.

I had submitted a 1* review earlier and the team was PROMPT to reach out to me, speak with me, email me the details and rectify the issues in the matter of days. Working with Meg Janes at ThirdBridge was a pleasure. From identifying a client/project match, to receiving payment everything went smoothly

Their surveys are scam. They collect information for 10 minutes and then survey closes. There is no guarantee you receive your money, honestly I never did and attempted to complete several. I work with companies like GLG, Coleman and Guidepoint and only Third Bridge scams people on partially completed surveys (no this does not count as 'qualification for survey" as you collect a lot of data before kicking me out of the survey without paying). I will not touch anything coming from this company anymore. Note: They are requesting additional information on my review now and asking for my contact details. Why should I provide it? I am sure this review will disappear soon. I am a real life science professional and do not recommend their surveys. Waste of time. Also 30 min survey is not short (maybe you should change your definition of short), 10 min is.

I was asked to assist with some research and I agreed as along as I wasn't assisting a competitor and I provided my rate.

At the end the research the interviewer explained that they were doing research for a competitor to enter our industry.

I believe this is totally unethical that Third Bridge were not transparent and did not inform me prior to the meeting commencing.

It was very disappointing that they paid half the rate that I quoted.

Lesson learned and recommendation to others... do not participate with Third Bridge.
