This place is an absolute rip off. I spoke to a client on Thursday for over 45 minutes. I emailed the representative to figure out how payment is rendered. She has ghosted me and not responding. What in the world is going on with these people stealing information for free? An absolute rip off.

I have now been in involved in a few expert network calls with Third Bridge and found the experience to have been very rewarding. Initial contact has been regarding subjects that I am qualified for, and the systems to connect with the clients and for follow up reimbursement have been first class. I am pleased to be on their roster of experts

The company reached out to me as a cold solicitation. They were very open an daccomodating, and answered all my questions, particularly as regards propritary or other sensitive types of information. THe consultation was well facilitated. I did have an issue wth payment but it was promptly resolved when I reached out about it.

Overall, I had 2 consultations so far and the experience in both cases has beeen excellent in view of:
a) ease of conducting the consultation
b) payment process
c) service support prior and after the consultation

Super easy to work with, everything is organised and arranged in advance. Payment was almost automatic.

They e-mail with 5 or 6 questions which are required to see if you are a good fit for the client. You end up writing a mini-essay each time only to never hear from them or be asked another question which, if they had told you was a prerequisite at the start, would have disqualified you (why ask a UK consultant if they have expertise in continental Europe AFTER they have already invested time in the qualifying questions). Last year, I completed a long questionnaire on their website that was supposed to streamline the process and stop me having to continually write essays to qualify my expertise in different areas. If anything, since this questionnaire, they have got worse at expecting an essay from you (for free) just to see if you are the correct fit. I was also booked for a 30 minute call which ended up being cut short because the client didn't realise someone in the UK would be dealing in pounds and not dollars and not know prices in the USA. I used to consult a few times a year with them but it's not worth the time now, given how often I send a well-crafted reply to their screening questions only to be asked about my knowledge in a completely different market!

This company sends survey requests promising compensation and then steals your time and information. After a lengthy "qualification process" which is not clearly distinguished from the actual survey, they tell you that you are disqualified. Taking your information and time, without compensation is dishonest and theft.
