If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a dress for MY hen do in advance however it literally fell apart on my hen, when I emailed asking for a refund they told me it was past the 30 days (it had been 33) and therefore despite it being faulty I wasn’t entitled to a refund.

Customer service is terrible. Wish I’d seen the reviews sooner!!

Scam company whose clear business model is to supply horrific quality clothing that doesn’t meet the description advertised and then make it impossible to return! Avoid at all costs!

If there was an option for zero stars, I'd select that. The mistake of not checking this scam company's reviews before purchase has cost me £150! Thinking I had found some cute stuff by a credible seeming brand (great scam tactics on their site) I ordered a few items, one being a wedding guest outfit. The items took ages to come, then upon arrival I was disgusted at the awful quality and the shameless way they clearly DO NOT CARE that the reality of their products look absolutely nothing like the stolen images they use to advertise. The real items are terribly made, not at all true to size to a ridiculous degree, patterns of printed textures/not real material, seams falling apart). Taking it up with customer services will get you nowhere, they (when I say they, it's clearly automated AI repeating non-sensical slop) are adamant on not providing any resolution and for the option of return, said it would cost an additional fee to return anything and there was every chance it would get stuck in customs, meaning you likely wouldn't get any refund at all and actually be charged more to get rid of the cheap tat they scammed you with! Totally shocking & hope this company gets taken down for all those they've wronged.

Products are not how they look. False advertisement, misleading information. Terrible customer service and having to pay £20 for a return when I received a totally different product to what I bought. Quality is shocking and it smells very very bad!

I am furious this is such a time waste, and super inconvenient. DO NOT TRUST!

I would give this company zero stars if I could. The item took far too long to arrive and, when it finally did, it was not as described and did not match the image shown at the time of purchase. I will be requesting a full refund and do not intend to pay the return postage, as the item is not as described—this goes against the terms of the sales agreement. Extremely disappointed with both the product and the service.

the goods are really poor quality. They look like returns go to Netherlands, they don't, they go to China. I have been waiting 2 ½ months for a refund.
they are extremely polite, whilst conning you. Don't do it.

I followed your instructions to return the item to China. I wanted a refund, which you tried everything in your power to avoid providing. I sent the item tracked, and you are still refusing to admit that you have it. No way of me knowing, it left the customs in China 2 months ago. But weirdly, you still haven’t got it. Nonsense.

Kept informed at all times, but it did take a long time to arrive. Very pleased with the product when it did get here.

I ordered a cardigan. When it eventually came it was such poor quality that I sent it straight back to the address in Southall from whence it came. This was in March. I am still waiting for my refund despite numerous emails that are just designed to waste my time. Do NOT use this company.
Once my review was posted on Trustpilot they eventually sent me yet another message purporting to want to know the order number(1452) . I can now add this to the 11 others they have sent me over time pretending to help. 74 other people have had a similar experience so NO I do NOT want to change my mind.

I ordered a dress for £60. Took 3 weeks to come this was well over what they predicted ! Dress was completely wrong size had marks on it and they had the nerve to ask me if I would wash it. Despite saying they have an easy returns policy they have flat lined refused -offering credit notes and charging me £25 for return and then states that the refund may not happen in a timely manner ! Please do not use this company.

This is a scam - beware of 25 quid returns fee. Clothes are way too big. Theyre not UK based as the website makes out. Really don't like how the returns policy doesn't make this clear from the outset. Customer service tried to put me off making a return by threatening that going through customs would be too difficult (even though the delivery costs are so high!!) Upset that I fell for it, not happy with the dress I got at all. Waste of money. If only high Street shopping was still a thing, hate shopping online.

didn’t read the reviews beforehand but echo exactly what’s been said. items are poor quality and feel like a plastic sheet. to try and return you’ll incur a huge fee to send it back to china and even then they tell you if it’s held at customs they won’t help/consider them forfeit. avoid a purchase from this company!!!! buy local/in the UK x

I ordered a dress size 14 from their website. The dress arrived 3 weeks later and it looks nothing like what was on the website. The colour is completely different, the size is too small and quality is very poor. I contacted them for a full refund as this is what they stated on their website “Not satisfied, get full refund” “ 30-Day Returns”. They offered 10% refund, store credit, or a return but I will have to pay the shipping cost which can cost around £25. This is totally a scam and I don’t know how they’re getting away with it but I think it needs to be shared and posted so people know about it.

Update:
They refunded me after I issued a chargeback through my bank. If you get scammed by them, ignore their emails and do that instead and they will refund you. What a terrible experience!

If I could give this company no stars I would. Awful company. Quality of dress sent is shocking. Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering as this is a con. £40 for a dress thinking it's coming from the Netherlands when it's actually coming from China and took 2 weeks to arrive when it stated 1 to 2 working days on the website. The website also says that it's easy to return but following their email they avoid giving you a return address and offer either store credit or 10% refund as you might not get your item back to China in time, also stating it is going to cost £25 to post the return.

Ordered sandals that I paid £40 for. The quality of them is so poor I can’t wear them. They would break if I walked more than 10 steps in them. The buckle has broken just from trying them on. They have offered me a 20% refund. Absolutely shocking company and rubbish products

They deliberately make the returns / exchange process so vague and difficult that you're unable to make sense of the instructions. They then don't reply to your emails asking for clarification and then suddenly when they do respond, you're "outside of the 30 day return policy" when I was the one waiting for them to respond! Terrible customer service, really disappointing but safe to say I have told everyone and their dog to avoid this company like the plague. I've never experienced something like this before, hence the disgruntled review.
