Great service, year after year!
We have used Thornley Groves for many years, first as tenants ourselves, then as buyers and currently as landlords. Their service has always been responsive, pro-active and professional. Our current Property Relationship Manager (Keagan) will go above and beyond to help where needed and is always positive! Great part of the team!

First Class service
I have been renting out my property for more than 20yrs, and have usually been blessed with long term tenants. Unfortunately, lost my last long term tenant earlier this year, and the property was in serious need of some major renovation/updating. Amina Mirza has been brilliant in managing the entire process for me, seeking professional guidance, recommending contractors, negotiating, resolving any disputes, keeping me fully informed on a weekly basis, being clear about what decisions need to be made, when… as well as also giving design tips!! Hugely dedicated, including a 7am Saturday meeting at the property! Am very grateful, amazing service!

Very poor experience with Daniel
Very poor experience when speaking to Daniel. After multiple call attempt's, this gentleman abruptly ended the call when I mentioned I was interested in viewing a property to purchase.

Excellent management
We have been with Thornley Groves for more than 12 years and have always found them very helpful. Lucy Clegg, our main contact person and manager, always goes the extra mile to take care of our needs and address our concerns. She keeps us updated on everything very efficiently, and her communication skills are excellent. She is also very easy to approach.
In a nutshell, we don’t need to worry about anything as long as we know Lucy is handling the case.

I have been using Thornley Groves for a few years now, and I continue to have a dedicated property manager, Aleaya Afzaal. She always responds promptly, is courteous in both emails and phone calls, and is consistently helpful in resolving any queries or issues with the tenants.
