Jackets and logos look great

With allowing samples to be sent, and the professionalism of the people on how efficient they are to responding to questions or orders is amazing.

We worked with Thread Logic for branded, customized vests, and had a great experience. Their website offers an excellent selection of apparel options, making it easy to find exactly what we were looking for.

The customer service team has been incredible — very helpful, offering great advice when needed, and especially responsive throughout the process. I would say it was the best price-to-quality ratio we could find. While the embroidery turnaround time was slightly longer than some other companies online, I would still choose their team again for the overall service and experience.

We had a small issue with the embroidery on one jacket, and they immediately shipped a replacement free of charge.

10/10 — would highly recommend, and I hope to work with them again in the future.

The process for ordering was easy to follow and they have a great selection of items to have embroidered. I specifically wanted to buy the Stormcreek jacket for my husband and I was so happy they had it. This was for a hobby and not business, so I appreciated being able to buy a smaller quantity of jackets and hoodies just for my family. The automatic mock-up was very helpful for getting a good idea of how the jackets would turn out. The emails I received after placing my order were professional and nice communication. I felt confident I would enjoy my order, and I did! Shipping and delivery were also on time.

I have ordered from Thread Logic for the past few years. They offer a wide variety of styles and price ranges. They have a good selection of items with their 4 day turnaround. Every item I have received over the years has been excellent quality. The stitching is wonderful and has never frayed. My logos always look perfect. They have been able to accommodate color variations with our logo. I would highly recommend.
