Quality product. Exactly as ordered.

The quality of the shirt we purchased was not good, it was see-through and they were much smaller than your traditional sizes. The embroidery was very clean and looked great.

The website is pretty easy to navigate and whenever I had a question it was always quickly answered and on point.

The embroidery looks great from the outside, but on the inside, it's a white scratchy cloth on the dark blue product. Many people choose to wear their product without fully zipping it up so, when it flies open, there is a clear contrast that makes it look a bit cheap. Additionally, the white back fabric of the embroidery is scratchy so if you're not wearing a thick enough or high cut undershirt, it will irritate the skin.

I made a request for an embroidered hat with a certain image of it in my head. I received exactly what I asked for. They made two of them and they are just fabulous. I have received many compliments for it. Heather was wonderful to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience with Thread Logic. Heather with customer service was very helpful. Was a little worried with my logo since the text was so small but turned out better than the proof. Pricing is extremely fair compared to other larger companies. Will definitely be ordering more in the future

Thread Logic had great clothing, small quantity minimums, great quality and ordering process. They sent the proof, we brainstormed a bit and what we landed on was perfect!

The product looked good. I thought it might be a little heavier but still am satisfied. Shipping was okay but a day late and I received an email from both Thread Logic and UPS that it had arrived the day before it actually was delivered.

From start to finish, Thread Logic does a fantastic job of company logo work. They offer a great selection of apparel (great quality and pricing to fit everyone's budget) and the work is exceptional. I have ordered many times now without one single issue. Timely communcation throughout the entire process from orders to shipping.

We found Thread Logic through a Google search while looking for a company that does in-house embroidery. We loved that they’re a U.S. small business, and the quality exceeded our expectations once we received the items. Our logo has been challenging for embroiderers in the past, especially matching the color and font, but Thread Logic absolutely nailed it. The pricing was very reasonable, and the finished products look fantastic. We’ll definitely be using them again for future orders.

Awesome! I love my hats and quick work.

The work performed looks great, but unfortunately, both pieces of clothing I bought are too big so I won’t get much use of them. It’s a shame since it cost me about $250.
