New silicone strap
Purchased a great new bright yellow silicone strap (which the watch manufacturer didn't have), but I made a hash-up of my order, so it was the wrong size upon arrival. It was quickly resolved by the great team at The Thrifty Gentleman and my correct replacement strap was on its way, promptly. Great communication, quality product and a swift swap... Can't ask for better than that. So I bought a second one. Highly Recommend!
