It took about 2 weeks to get verified but i believe that's just the first time. I did get paid. If I could give zero stars I would. After spending tons of money last month I asked for my account to be closed for responsible gaming. Today, Thrillcoins support reached out to me via email telling me they missed me and would give me a bonus to return. I accepted and told them my account was closed so it would need to be reopened. I logged in, played the bonus and purchased a package. I won a little on the package and then my account was locked again. They reached out to me to reopen it, allowed me to buy a package, closed it, and are only refunding the cost of the package. They should have never reached out to me in the first place.
