Absolute disgrace that it can take you over a week to even pack an item to send. If you have a set delivery date, stick to it and stop wasting peoples time. Won't be ordering off you again for that exact reason

You are right, it is a disgrace. We are very sorry you haven’t received the service you or we expected. It is out of the ordinary that your order was held up so long, but that is our problem and not your problem. We had a combined issue of a warehouse move and a software update that caused this issue. It’s not an excuse, but an explanation, and we apologise.

While express post was not express at all the quality of the product cannot be disputed.
My son loves the chairs and it keeps his posture straight vs slouchy.

Happy little boy with footstool
I was offered a free footstool for videos of Hudson’s use of his birthday Throne chair and my great nephew is really happy with it. Says it’s big enough to make another chair lol

Hi Tom, thanks for leaving a review. Sorry that you're not completely happy with your experience with us. We've had a look into this for you and can see that you ordered on 21 Jan, and it was delivered on 29 Jan. As you noted, you paid for Express Post. Normally this would be delivered in 2-3 days after allowing 1 day for picking and packing. However, deliveries to remote areas, such as northern QLD and other country areas, do take longer and can take up to 9 days, so this delivery time for you was as expected. We do have this information on our website, but we are sorry if that wasn't very clear. We'll look to make improvements here and try and provide more detailed information. Thanks for your feedback.

The kids lost their minds getting these for Christmas and I have to admit my husband and I were a little jealous. They are a great size, extremely comfortable, and if mold to your body, large pockets, light weight and just a great gaming chair that you don't ever want to get out of!
