Had a query about my ticket and emailed. Got a quick response that solved my issue.

I had small problem with tickets cancelled for a play I had booked, the venue advised thar that refunds had been issued, I had not received my refund, I emailed TicketSource yesterday morning and all was resolved by mid afternoon. The service could not be better, the member of staff I dealt with was very helpful and friendly

I ordered tickets for an event and received a refund that I was not expecting for postage that I had inadvertently paid for twice online.
I would have been unaware if TicketSource had not quickly bought it to my attention. I'm very grateful.
