Excellent communication and speedy resolution to an event cancellation issue

I had to cancel 3 tickets for Wiyaala in Lewes because a friend is very ill. I contacted TicketSource and they were extremely helpful and understanding. Despite the fact that the Concert was in 4 day's time they immediately agreed a refund.

Prompt, very helpful and resolved my issue

They provided a very prompt and efficient service. Queries were handled in a timely manner. Their video tutorial of how to use their platform was straightforward and very helpful.

When making my ticket purchase I found my confirmation email with tickets hadn’t arrived. Contacted the help address and the matter was very speedily resolved. Delightful to do business with, friendly and great communication
