I found the email address for ticket source explained what happened and within 20 hours all is well and I have them saved in my pictures.
Chloe was lovely and sorted them out straight away -thank you Chloe ✅

Really easy interaction both buying the tickets and then obtaining a refund when there was a computer glitch and the transaction went through twice.
Refund issued within hours of glitch.

Would highly recommend Ticketsource

I emailed ticket source Sunday evening about missing tickets, automatic response immediately. By 9.45 Monday morning problem was resolved by Shane and I received my tickets. Perfect!

The venue postponed our show on June 25 due to the heat alert. I got a timely email from Ticketsource to let me know this would be happening, and then a second email confirming the new date. As I couldn’t make the changed date I needed a refund; I contacted TicketSource to let them know this, got my refund within a couple of hours and an email to confirm this had been done. So much better than other ticketing service providers that make it almost impossible to contact them, and can be very slow (and require multiple requests) to sort out refunds.
