I was struck by their cool designs making them somewhat unique. I especially love that they can be customized to match your mood or style.

I got the watch with a dark background- and there is no light. So i can see what the time is. Used once, never put it back on again. It was my first watch, but i immediately understood that it is something i will not wear much. It is a fashion watch and not a real watch. That is good to know before buying.

Great product and great customer support. Just had to wait a while for it to arrive.

After noticing an issue with my delivery, I called customer support. The guy on the other line was a very kind and helpful man. Within five minutes my issue was resolved. Somebody should give him a raise. I am very pleased

I already own two TID watches in the past. I love the minimalist design and the customisable options. I recently purchased a TID no 1 watch from the official website and found the product still great quality and the customer service who responded to my queries very professional. Just note, I think the brand has changed ownership.

I have five TID watches, each a different color. That tells you how much i like this company and their products. I like that I can swap the straps easily and pair different colors depending on what i am wearing or feeling! So many people, friends as well as strangers, have remarked on the watches and asked where I got them.

I've bought a few watches from TID and love them all! Service is always great, good communication and they ship to wherever I am. Would always recommend TID watches.

You can't believe it, a simple complaint fails because of a return slip,
which I did not get after many inquiries and current silence. The leather bracelet was not new, so I wanted a different one. So my conclusion, never again order a watch in Sweden and have it sent to Hamburg.The package was sent with FedEx in Germany with DHL without tracking number from a subcontractor.

Nice watch, but it is not at all waterproof as stated - and the customer service is poor.

Ingen problemer med at købe ur, bortset fra at der ikke fulgte et garantibevis med. Efter seks måneder faldt den ene remholder af. Trods fem mails over fire måneder er de umulige at komme i kontakt med. Har nu måttet betale urmager for at få repareret uret - det er bare dårlig service!?

Köp inte av dessa. Har fortfarande inte fått min klocka. Efter ett nytt påpekande så lovade de lovade att skicka klocka via DHL. Men trackingnumret existerade inte hos DHL.

It took two weeks to get my watch but now its finally here. They send it monday and friday it arrived in Finland. The reason of long time was the warehouse change. They keep me on time by e-mails. The watch is great and looks very good quality. I can say that this watch is not a chinese copy. IM happy with my watch.

Outstanding customer service - immensely fast and super attentive. The shipping process is almost instant. Sounds too basic and good to be true?... Now hold on... I know that TID have changed ownership in the couple of years of its existence, but as of now - in 2024 - these guys are back on the right track in my book. My recent experience could not have been better and the reason I'm writing this is to encourage people to disregard the bad comments that are a few years old - from 2022 to 2020. Since then TID have changed their course and are trying their best. Yes, still keep in mind that the watches can be shipped from China warehouses (apparently, can be shipped from Europe too), so there may be some additional custom fees and taxes based on your country. But right now, in 2024 July I can say - trust these guys.

Great design watches for an affordable price. So nice that you can have a watch face and update the look with several different wristbands. Never get tired of my watch!

Love both your product and your service. When I needed a new screw for the back, they just sent me one... no questions asked. The watch is fantastic of course!
