El peor servicio de asistencia…
Este es el peor servicio de asistencia al cliente. Te obligan a presentar quejas y reclamos por wasap y luego te dejan en espera 20 y mas minutos. El servicio de apoyo al mobil es pésimo. No lo recomendaria nunca. Aparte del poco apoyo, me descuentan mensualidad de mi banco SIN MI AUTORIZACION. Y no asumen responsabilidad.
Voy a continuar este proceso al siguiente nivel.

Tigo no es confiable. Acabo de gastar $3 en un paquete y no hay señal aquí en Altos del María, así que durante 4 de los 10 días de datos ilimitados no puedo usarlos. No volveré a caer en esto.

I am writing to express my deep frustration with the service I have been receiving from your company over the past several months.
Firstly, I have been charged for Mbits that I have never actually received. This has been a consistent issue that has not been addressed satisfactorily. Additionally, my internet connection has been unstable for quite some time now, causing significant inconvenience.
I have scheduled multiple appointments for technicians to come and resolve these issues. However, they have failed to show up on the promised dates and times, nor have I received any courtesy calls to inform me of any changes. When technicians have come, everything appeared to be functioning correctly, yet the same issues persist, and my cases have been closed without proper resolution.
Today, January 19th, 2025, I lost my connection again. I contacted customer service and requested to speak with a supervisor. After being placed on hold for 18 minutes, my call was disconnected without any follow-up.
It seems there are no consequences for your company regarding the lack of fulfillment of your contractual obligations or any form of compensation for the ongoing issues I have faced.
As a result of this continued poor service, I will be canceling my services later this week. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving your customer service and technical support to prevent future customers from experiencing similar frustrations.

Zero stars. Constant service issues. Incompetent and inadequate support staff. Lengthy waits (10-15 days) for line repairs or malfunctioning hardware. Sever attitude problems and no bilingual staff anywhere in the country. Just try to have a phone here! I dare you!
Unpleasant experience until Ms Carol
I had paid double when I was in Peru, and contacted TIGO whatsapp to see how I could recover my $29.
The TIGO chat agent explained what I had done wrong; and furthermore directed me to claim my credit at any TIGO Panama store. As I was to be leaving tomorrow, 8th November 2024; I stopped by at the Albrook Mall TIGO outlet as per instructions. The staff who served me there insisted that there was no credit to my number. Even though I had showed him the instructions from TIGO WhatsApp chat and the acknowledgement of double payment. After wasting a useless hour trying to convince this person, I was given a service number to call. The staff on the phone did not speak any English, was very rude, and even hung up the phone on me. I finally resorted to whatsapp chat again, explaining that I was unable to call the service number as suggested. Fortunately, this time, I had a very professional and responsive lady called Carol, who sorted out my problem in no time. She even apologized for my really bad experiences with the staff at Albrook Mall, and with the call centre. I would really commend Ms Carol for her professional attitude. If I may suggest that you take note and use her as an example for others less caring and less assiduous in the performance of their duties. Ms Carol’s customer care attitude is first class.

TIGO es sin duda el peor proveedor de internet que hemos tenido nunca. Especialmente en los últimos meses, hemos sufrido largos periodos en los que Internet ha estado completamente desconectado. Se ha convertido en algo diario, y vivimos justo en el centro de la zona financiera, donde cabría esperar que la señal fuera fuerte y estable. Obviamente, las desconexiones también afectan a las líneas de TV por cable y teléfono fijo que estamos pagando.
El servicio de atención al cliente está igualmente desconectado. Al intentar llamar a TIGO, te encuentras con un mensaje estándar grabado que dice que hay afectaciones en tu zona o en muchas zonas. En esas situaciones, no es posible llegar a hablar con un humano.
Es increíble lo mucho que se preocupan por promocionarse, pero tan poco por hacer que las cosas funcionen para sus clientes.
Nuestra paciencia se ha agotado y ahora vamos a cambiar a un competidor. No queremos tener nada más que ver conTIGO.

Horible, compre un chip, le puse dinero, decian estaba todo activo y jamas funciono, Contante el servico a los clientes desde el mediodia y despues 3 horas de chat y de las mismas preguntas nunca funciono. I had to wait at home many times for no shows. Terrible customer service and mass confusion about billing. I had TIGO for 7 weeks and am looking for another internet company and phone carrier.
Panama app not available in Apple Store
I am disappointed to discover that the Tigo Panama app is not available for download on the Apple Store.
It is frustrating that while apps from other operations can be found i.e. Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Guatemala.
As a Tigo customer, I believe it is important to have access to the app's features and services, especially in this digital era.
I hope that Tigo can rectify this issue soon and make the app available to all its customers in the Apple Store, regardless of their location or credit card location.
