During the fourth quarter (October - December), social media platforms significantly increased account cleanups, which could cause a decline in the entire industry, not just with our service.

Please note that all our packages include a warranty. We have sent completions for any items missing from your orders. And currently everything is completed.

We apologize for the experience, but are working to resolve the issue in depth and take full responsibility for completing orders within the warranty we provide to all our customers.
