Tiles & Stone Direct Avaliações

After developing a relationship for many years, the staff and knowledge held within the store never fails to help out when needed, as a Commercial and Residential builder you can always count on the assistance and proactive behaviour from the team.

If you’re in need, I would highly recommend Sagrum and the team to anyone for design, and supply.

SAGREN FROM TILES AND STONE WENT OVER AND ABOVE GETTING MY FLOOR TILES CLEANED. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Excellent service by the staff very knowledgeable in helping me chose tiles

Very helpful
Good communication

We are away currently and needed support with tiles for the house that is being built. Tiles and Stone were brilliant, made necessary allowances for the distance and then quick and a competitive price.

WE don’t go anywhere else.

Despite having problems with the product we cannot fault Tiles and Stone Direct customer service. They clearly understood our dissatisfaction and went out of their way to try and remedy.

Always very helpful and knowledgeable. Happy to share ideas and make suggestions on whatever project I undertake. Reasonably priced too.

A very helpful Tile Shop. Good stocks of adhesives and grouts at decent prices. Easy parking.

All the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. They have a huge selection of beautiful tiles.
Freya is a star. Would highly recommend them

Great displays and choice at their showroom, helpful staff and prompt delivery.used these guys three times now and always a great service from start to finish

A great selection and very helpful, knowledgeable staff who went the extra mile for us. Would highly recommend.

We ordered tiles for our kitchen and entrance area fully. We experienced excellent customer service from Freya and Liam who were very patient and gave us expert advice about choosing the right tiles. We are so happy with the result and will be ordering again for our bathrooms soon.

Two girls didn’t even look at me when I walked in only the Lad asked if I needed any help

The attention and service received from our first visit to receipt of the tiles has been excellent, Freya was extremely patient and helpful throughout.

Fantastic customer service. Extensive range of tiles and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The entire experience was stress free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend and will be returning in future for any other projects. Thank you.

Helpful with ideas - efficient ordering and supplying tiles required

I found my experience with this Company unprofessional and just a shambles really.

As usual excellent service from T & S and Freya goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied I couldn’t rate them higher.

Always get great service with these guys, very helpful and friendly.
