Speedy delivery, and at a good price too. Will definitely use TimberCut4U again. I don’t normally do reviews, but their service was exceptional.

Walnut was bent
Walnut was bent. Emailed on Monday 9th February chasing credit - no response.
UPDATE - contact has been made and credit offered with 20% re-stocking fee.
Walnut was being used for door frames so we couldn't work with the 'bend'.

Excellent Quality
I'm extremely pleased with this service, with the quality of the oak, and the finish. For my project it requires very little further finishing. Very generously my order included a mis-cut, so I have a little extra to play with. Couldn't be more pleased, thank you.

Easy to navigate website
Easy to navigate website. So far, only ordered 2 lots of American White Oak which arrived very well packaged and to specification.
Given 4 stars only because delivery times are a bit long.

Thanks for your review Dave. Appreciate you think our lead times are a bit long but every order we produce is machined to order to each individual specification, and unfortunately that does take a bit of time. Hope your projects have went well

Hi Peter, glad our service met your expectations and I hope your project went according to plan. Timber I'm afraid is expensive, and unfortunately, what we do, is very specialised. I hope we can be of service to you again in the near furture.

Easy to order and great service
Ordering was straightforward and the timber was delivered promptly with no issues. There was a small discrepancy in one of the cut lengths, and on reporting this we were given a partial refund without any fuss. Great range of timber available and very reliable.

Good experience all round
Really pleased with the goods and the notification of delivery. I would add the timber was extremely well packaged and was protected from the awful weather experienced at the time of delivery.

We were very happy with this order
We were very happy with this order. We ordered several specific cuts of European Oak Timber, where the order specified it would be delivered in 10-15 working days and this was the case. It came well packaged and was thankfully left in our front porch as we were out & this was safe to do. We were very happy with Oak as it was well cut and was very similar in colour to the picture and matched our Oak Conservatory really well. If we require any more timber cuts from this company again we will be sure to use them.
