I was searching for a particular Rolex Milgauss and came across Time4People in the UK. I sent a speculative email on a long public holiday weekend and swiftly received a response. A call was arranged within 24 hours and even whilst James was away on vacation outside the UK! I was very impressed by this first encounter and the subsequent dealings with James were equally, if not more, impressive. James is knowledgeable and reassuring. I was looking for a used, excellent condition Rolex Daytona and had read good things about this company. I called and spoke to James to find out more about the watch I was interested in and found him extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional at all times with even my simple, basic questions. I agreed to purchase the watch and James again went the extra mile with ensuring it was delivered to me in Scotland at a time to suit me. Despite having seen pics/videos of the watch when I opened it on arrival it far, far went above my expectations in terms of condition, quality and presentation. I approached James to PX a watch for another he had available, firstly his pricing was the best I could find and secondly his knowledge, time and patience on the phone was phenomenal. He was happy to discuss watch goals, investment pieces and provide some well received advice. I found the overall experience with T4P so much more personable and informative than collecting from Rolex and will happily recommend to my family and friends. Also being able to park 2 minutes from the store is comforting as apposed to going into London.
