I’m STILL not exactly sure what the Timeshare Exit Team is doing for us for the $12,000.00+ we gave them to get us out of our timeshare. ZERO RESULTS!!
I could have just stopped paying BlueGreen on my own and received the same results.

Timeshare exit team, Reed Hein, is not a company to trust. We paid them thousands of dollars to get us out of our timeshare with BluGreen. They did nothing while they took money every single month from our account. Be careful with these guys. We feel we've been scammed. In my efforts to follow their progress I was actually told not to call them, that they would call us when something significant was happening. They did not call once, we were never assigned a "team". the only communication from them was the letter informing us that our "case" was going to the real lawyers, our first communication from Reed Hein in fifteen months. The lawyers did not get us out of our TS mortgages either, although they claimed they did. Pay attention here - It was our own nonpayment that caused the timeshare to foreclose on our property. The lawyers were put on the task a full six months AFTER the TS foreclosed our properties. It was all our own doing, or non-doing, that got us released from our mortgages. If only we'd known from the beginning, before we signed over thousands of dollars to the scammers, who did absolutely nothing! We're trying to recover our losses. Good luck to you all. Maybe start with not paying the timeshare before signing with these scammers. they deserve no stars at all!

After reading all these reviews it seems that we all have something in common “Communication”. I’ve been waiting to hear something back from them since January 7, 2020. I’ve called and the only thing I’m getting is sorry I don’t know why no one is not responding or contacting you. I’ve even called the number and left several messages for the representative but still no answer. I’m totally frustrated and feel like this is a total scam and ripoff. I’ve been doing all the work and feel like don’t know why I’m continually paying them. Every month they make sure that they get paid and haven’t forgot about that. This is ridiculous and to me someone like Dave Ramsey endorser needs to investigate. He’s endorsing this business and it’s not living by what they are standing for.

I've had a pretty poor experience. I Paid the fee and pretty much never heard from them again. Any contact made was initiated by me, and right now, I'm requesting a refund after 15-16months of waiting and I have talked to several people and nobody gets back to me, very unprofessional there is no managers or team leader that has tried to even call me after talking with 4-5 people about getting my refund. I'm frustrated and getting nowhere. Horrible customer care.

So we contracted this company in July of 2019 and have received no updates. When ever you call the make it difficult to get information. So with no updates and no results. All they do is take your money. Don’t ever us this company.

Do not do business with them! They will take your money and do nothing for you. Only mistake worse than buying a timeshare, is paying Reed Heim to get you out of timeshare.

I’ve been waiting since April 2016 to exit my timeshare in Palm Beach Florida.
Please consider getting Dave Ramsey, Chris Hogan, and Rachel Cruze involved in your result since they are the ones who are recommending this company to so many. No one should have to go through 4 plus years of $500 annual payments when we’ve already sunk $3.5 grand in to the Time Share Exit Team at their recommendation. I've been waiting since April 2016.

Update: After 3 more months of no sufficient response, we have decided to take legal action against this company. I suggest others do the same where warranted. If enough people hold them accountable, perhaps they will need to do a better job fulfilling their obligations.

April 16, 2020 - Complete scam, we have reported Timeshare Exit Team & parent company Reed Hein & Associates to BBB and local Consumer Protection Agency. We were assured the process was straight forward and entered into contract in 2016 and still no resolution. This has been flagged as sent to collections on our credit bureau even though we were guaranteed it wouldn't. Paid over $7,000 in fees. Company has stopped responding even though we have been very civil and communicated sever times our desire to get this resolved. We haven't even been able to get our money back even though they have a 100% money back guarantee. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT USE this company. To Reed Hein - Do not ask me to contact the company for resolution as we have done this numerous times. If you want to discuss, call us back!

I want to get out of my timeshare! It’s been 3 years that I’ve been waiting and $6,000 down. Now my maintenance fee is going into collections. I am very frustrated with them.

We signed up with Timeshare Exit Team 4 years ago! I haven’t heard a peep from them since June 2019 (which I initiated). RUN AWAY! DON’T SIGN A THING WITH THIS COMPANY! They will take your thousands of dollars and not do a thing. Last year, I was pressing for the email correspondence between them & the resort, because I wanted to see what was taking so long—they have yet to produce the documents.
Now, I see charges have been brought forth against them by the State of Washington for their deceitful practices.

I have been a customer of Timeshare Exit Team now for 3 years and I'm no closer getting out of my timeshare than when I started. The lack of communication, is unbelievable! If I didn't initiate communication with them, I'm sure I would never hear from them. This month I paid another maintenance fee and payment. I also asked about the MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, and they said they have to give them time to get me out of my timeshare. I have given them 3 years and did everything asked of me. What's next an arm, leg or kidney? For those who have gotten out congratulations! hopefully I can be a part of that group soon. As for now I'm NOT HAPPY AT ALL with their services!!!!

The process was long, and the communication was not as often as we wanted, but the experience and outcome was more than what we expected. I confidently recommend Timeshare Exit Team to anyone that wants to be released from their timeshare. If you are patient, you will be so happy with the results.

Well here we are year 3 and still no resolution except excuses! After dealing with 7 different people on my file, and told over and over that my file is with the lawyer and should have a resolution very soon! Again I am asked for a 3rd time for a "Hardship" letter! How can this be close to a resolution and the lawyer has everything he needs...I am asked for this one more time! I am totally frustrated with this! The service was great until i paid in full...sometimes months to get a reply to my email as to status of my file! ANY RECOMMENDATIONS?

I listened to Dave Ramsey and he recommend your company to exit my Timeshare. You told me it could take 12 to 18 months. After almost a year we were told it could take longer and that we had to keep paying our maintenance fees while we were going through the program. Once it was getting closer to having to pay the fees again I reached out to Diamond Resorts and found they offered a transition program to exit my contract. So for a few hundred dollars I was approved to exit, while I waited to see if Timeshare Exit Team could get me out after I paid them $5,700. Now they team I voided my contract and I should have paid my timeshare another $3,600 in maintenance fees, so that they could get me out of my contract. Maybe they help some people get out, but to me they just took my money and did not live up to the high praise Dave Ramsey reaped on them on his show. I cannot recommend this company to a friend.

They are a fraud!!! The money back guarantee is a fraud!!! They said that since I don't want them to work on my case the money back guarantee is void. How can that void the money back guarantee? Of course you have to stop working my case to send me my money back. It's been over 18 months and still no results. Their resort transfer company they used (RTI) is in a dispute with TET and they had to take my case back in house. They claim that they have other resources in house they can use but earlier I was told that they are a consumer product company and don't have attorneys or other services in house. The Washington State Attorney general recently filed a law suite against TET claiming fraud. They were fraudulent to me!!!

We were very pleased with the service we received from the Timeshare Exit Team. They navigated the legal processes so that we could be free from our timeshare payments. They kept us updated on our exiting process and were quick to respond to any questions we had.
