Edit: Tipsy Elves is sending me a replacement, unprompted. They're trying to make right on this situation, which I appreciate. I'm still scared to wash the new polo, though. Updated to three stars from one.

I washed one of their polos exactly once and the collar immediately went bumpy and misshapen - a telltale sign of cheap interfacing and sloppy quality control. Fine. Things happen. I figured their "outstanding customer service" would make it right.
First, I tried the phone number on their website - listed specifically for text support. When I texted in, I received responses that were... just my own words sent back to me verbatim. Word for word. "Hello, I have a question." "Hello, I have a question." I'm still not sure if it was a glitch, some kind of performance art, or if they were just mocking me.
Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I moved on to their website's AI Chatbot, who cheerfully promised that a real human would read my message and respond. And to their credit, the following business day, a real live human did email me - apologized, offered a replacement, and asked for some information to process it.
So I replied with the requested information.
And my email bounced.
Their own customer service email - the one they used to contact ME - bounced when I tried to respond to it.
Tipsy Elves, you have built an impressive gauntlet of failure: a polo that can't survive one wash cycle, a text support line that functions as an echo chamber, an AI that over-promised, and a customer service email address that doesn't actually receive email. That's not a support system. That's an obstacle course designed to exhaust people into giving up.
Mission accomplished, I guess.

My original order arrived quickly and returns were easy (I bought the return insurance knowing there would likely be a need to exchange). I received my email that the return has now been refunded and am able to give my 5-star review. 14 days from original order, return, receipt of new size, and refund to my credit card. Will definitely purchase from here again!

Tipsy Elves is my go to for Halloween costumes! I always dress up when handing out candy to the kids. I have purchased several and love them all. And their sales are great too! I have purchased anything from purses to daily dresses to kids costumes. Highly recommend!

I love the rainbow shredder ski suit. I guess I had thought it would be like a jumpsuit how it fits, I bought a women’s large, the top half fits fine, but the bottom makes me look like I’m built like a fridge. I understand it’s made for snowboarding boots, but it’s like tree trunks down there, I’ll have to have the bottom half tailored to be fitted. I would love if you guys would have the option for a more fitted jumpsuit of the same color scheme. Thank you regardless the color design is faboulous ✨

Amazing Customer Service! The two polo's that I ordered are great quality and I love them. I created my own issue and their customer service was very helpful. I already ordered two more polo's within a few days of receiving my first order.
