I ordered a ski jacket from them that was advertised on Facebook for a sale. The colors in the picture were very vibrant and beautiful. I just had to have it. When I got it, the colors were even more beautiful than in the picture. I am very happy with my purchase. Shipping was very fast.

I ordered matching Christmas pajama sets for my wife and me and paid extra for expedited shipping. Without any explanation, my wife’s set was canceled while mine was not, completely ruining the point of the purchase.
What made this worse was customer service. I called and waited in the queue for over an hour, only to finally receive a callback saying they were “too busy” to take calls and that I had been removed from the queue. No help, no answers, no resolution.
It’s incredibly frustrating to spend extra money, get part of your order canceled with zero explanation, and then be unable to reach anyone for support. This experience completely missed the mark, especially for a Christmas order.
I won’t be ordering from Tipsy Elves again.

Just like Kayla, I placed an order on 12/15, and a label was created 12/16. I’ve checked the tracking , and also like Kayla, it has not left the warehouse. I’ve called the customer service phone number SEVERAL times only to hear the message that they are so busy (after waiting for quite some time) . I even put my # to get a call back when they weren’t “so busy”, have not heard back. I tried to use their chat, doesn’t even open up. I text , no response, and also emailed. I’m a pretty chill person, but the ski suit I ordered as part of a Christmas gift, doesn’t seem like it’ll get to me in time… which will leave the gift very incomplete! That’s why I’ve reached out in so many ways! I’m extremely disappointed and totally regret choosing to order from Tipsy Elves!
UPDATE- Tipsy Elves replied saying they reached out to me, that is 100% FALSE! I’ve heard nothing, still have not received my item! Tracking on UPS shows my package FINALLY was sent to them. Expected delivery is December 30th?!!!!! Not by Christmas as promised! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

Ordered an ugly Christmas sweater on the 15th. 2nd day air. Label was created on the 16th. Still no movement on the package. I was told if the package hasn't left the facility by the next day they would process a refund. Next day has came and went still no movement on package and refusing my refund. It's also very tricky forcing you to pay the free return fee unless you unclick a box. Then it's very deceptive signing you up for ocean. Regardless I order the sweater for my son's school party exchange and he went to school without a sweater to exchange because it never left the facility. I would have been ok with a replacement order but no. They will not do that. So I try to start a return process. Now they use that as an excuse not to refund me. They said we will refund you when it returns. IT NEVER LEFT THEIR WAREHOUSE ACCORDING TO TRACKING. I've dealt with UPS in my career for the last 9 years so I call my rep who can see all the behind the scenes on tracking and it's never left their warehouse. I just want a dang refund. Customer service is terrible. I just WANT A REFUND OR THE SWEATER I PAID FOR

We order our yearly Christmas pajamas from this company and always are extremely happy. People comment and look forward to what our family theme is each year - and are shocked when they see the quality of the product as well! We will never go a different route and this has become our family tradition. We already have our pajamas picked out for next year!

They have the fun stuff. I have a couple of the sweatshirts hoodies very good quality. I use them for spring skiing and their wind resistant even love tipsy elves their prices are reasonable too.

Quality of sweater is great and got compliments when I wore it out. I ordered several items and one of them didn’t exactly matching the sizing as listed in the website but customer service was AWESOME and very quickly resolved the issue.

I spent hundreds of dollars to buy sux sets of Christmas pajamas for my family. They advertised 30% off if you give them your email, which I did. The price I received was the same as the advertise price on the website, not 30% off because I gave them my email address. Now I’m getting advertisements even though I unsubscribed. That’s frustrating. In addition, they offered an additional 20% off of your first purchase, which they did not give me. It’s false advertising. Great matching PJs, just not as advertised, so disappointed with that Black Friday sale and 20% off first order scam.

Great costumes, get them on sale because they’re a little pricey but they are well made. Sizing can be tricky. Go a little larger for more full body style costumes (especially women’s costumes). Bought witches and devils and nurses and tigers for TickTok LIVE Halloween week 2025. Glad we did. Buying Xmas and Valentine's Day now
