Titan-Pro Grass Sweeper - avoid
Purchased this for use with my ATV. Problems started immediately during assembly — parts simply don't align properly, making what should be a straightforward flat-pack build unnecessarily frustrating.
After just a few days of use, materials began fraying to the point the unit became unusable. For a product at this price point, that's unacceptable.
To make matters worse, replacement parts aren't available, so once it fails — and it will — you're left with an expensive piece of scrap. No option to repair, no option to source parts, just landfill.
Would strongly advise against purchasing. The build quality is nowhere near fit for purpose, and the lack of any aftermarket support shows a complete disregard for the customer once the sale is made. Very disappointed.

Bleed screw replacement
I needed a small bleed screw for a Titan Pro log splitter I inherited and it was in poor shape. I was able to find the part on the Titan website, order it on line and it arrived just a few days later. Not a big deal, but I will soon have a workable log splitter, I hope. Just the hydraulic oil to replace now.

Titan pro7 ton splitter and stand
Bought this titan pro7 ton splitter and what a machine it is. Nothing is too much for this splitter. It goes through logs like going through butter. I am glad I got it on the stand ready assembled. Delivery was good and the driver was very helpful. The total experience was perfect.Definately 5x

The actual log splitter is fantastic and I have always maintained it’s one of my better purchases. It’s does exactly what it says on the brochures and after much use I required a replacement pin. Rang up and got marvellous support and replacement part promptly shipped.

Simply a fantastic company to deal with. Excellent customer service from start to finish. The log splitter itself is a lifesaver, works flawlessly and it’s taken care of anything I’ve thrown at it so far. I had looked at other brands but the Pro 7 with stand was significantly better value than others with equivalent spec. Great product, great customer service!

Very good, pre and post sales
I purchased a petrol log splitter many years ago. It worked extremely well for years, but was left ununsed for a long time and unsurprisingly it decided to not work when needed, but Titan have been superb in their after sales service and I highly recommend them

11 ton Titan Pro Splitter
I bought an 11 ton Titan Pro splitter and I have to say it is doing an excellent job. I had 15 trees (sycamore and ash) up to about 70cm in diameter or more and it finished the job very well. I have no doubt that it will continue to serve me well. The staff were very helpful when I realized that a small attachment was missing; they dispatched it immediately. Very pleased.

Titan Pro Electric Tracked Barrow Transporter Dumper 450KG Capacity
We bought a powered barrow and it’s made such a difference. Now able to move really heavy loads easily over all kinds of ground instead of dozens of wheelbarrows for each load. I now wonder how we managed without it!

Fantastic customer service
Took my time looking for the perfect log splitter and wasn’t disappointed with the 7 tonner supplied by Titan-pro. It was received with some transit damage, however th customer service from Titan-pro was exceptional and replacement parts were received the following day. Would highly recommend this company.

No order too small or too much trouble!
No order too much trouble for this team. All I needed was replacement of a lost left hand thread nut for my Titan garden tool - not a regular item, and definitely not a high value or bulk buy!
The order was turned round extremely quickly and I was back in operation in the garden within a few days. No time wasted thanks to an excellent parts service for a major retailer and manufacturer.

However, it is also extremely easy to reload with new line; no more juggling with caps and springs, wishing you had a third hand available - it is simple, and effective. Which raises two questions; why do other manufacturers produce an inferior product, and why would you buy something else?
