I recently ordered an Environmental Lien report from AFX for a Phase I ESA my team is working on. The team at AFX was great from start to finish. The ordering process was straightforward and allowed us to use the APN as the property identifier. The report was completed in two days, well before our deadline. I will use AFX on all future Environmental Lien reports for our firm.

I was really impressed with the overall experience - the speed and accuracy of the report. The Customer Service team was great - my questions were answered quickly and concisely. I will definitely use their services again.

I recently needed a rush title search on a tricky commercial property with a tight deadline, and AFX Research, LLC delivered beyond expectations. From the moment I ordered, their team was responsive, professional, and clearly experienced in handling urgent requests.
The rush service got my report back the same day... far faster than I’ve dealt with elsewhere. The title report was thorough, well-organized, and included all the key details. No back-and-forth or missing information. Everything needed was right there, allowing me to move forward with confidence and peace of mind on a high-stakes deal. The customer support was excellent too. They kept me updated and were available to answer questions promptly.
If you need reliable, fast, and most importantly, accurate, title research, especially on a rush basis, AFX Research has got you. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with real estate due diligence. They’ve earned a customer for life!

My title search was delivered to me really quickly after I ordered it. i didn't expect it the next day. It was very thorough and showed the exact lien I needed to see on the property. I would highly recommend, 5 stars.

AFX Research fraudulently reported my husband had a tax lien in a state he never worked or lived in. This erroneous information has had a negative impact on my current loan and his current loan. They did not verify the accuracy of the information and did not contact my husband for written permission and notification before doing any research and verifications and before submitting paperwork to our VA lender.

This company delivers on its promises. I previously worked with another title company, and their report was disappointingly incomplete. I'm confident that this company provides the thoroughness and reliability I need. Thank you for a timely document that answered all of my questions.

Excellent report! I ordered a 30 year report and they went back 35 years! Also, they found two very old tax liens that everyone else seems to have missed!

I ordered the expanded title search which is supposed to include everything in public records. I paid $100 for a rush title search. When I submitted the order, I attached the full 40 year title abstract that I have for the property. I basically just needed an update. There is a judgment that I won on public records which was that I had won a variance to subdivide the land. This information was not included in the title search AND the title searcher just took the deed from the 40 year title abstract that I provided to with the order and just included some basic such as the grantor and grantee and he put that owe real estate taxes which is not correct. So, basically, I just got the deed that I sent with the order!!! The guy at the office said he will refund the order amount but regardless I am very disappointed with this service and won't use this service again.

Job well done I paid for a report I was looking for and afx delivered 100% I WILL use them again GREAT WORK

I would recommend this company to anyone.
