contacted this company for a copy of my deed as i was spending way too much time with no success in culling over lots of public records. the copy i needed was found and e-mailed to me in less then 24hours

I was hoping after AFX finished a mineral right ownership search on a parcel of land in own would show me exactly who owns the mineral rights. In an opinion of an AFX representative, he believes I am the owner, but recommended strongly that I do a quiet title action.

AFX performed the search as they promised they would. My only comment would be that I perceived it would be done a little faster. But all in all, I got what I needed, when I needed it.

The first title was on the wrong property. The second was incomplete. After having an attorney in Baltimore research it, I found I had no claim on the property. I was not pleased with your service.

I requested a title search from AFX because my bank, who had used another title search company, was mistakenly told I had an unpaid loan. I personally called the other company to report the error and was told there was nothing they could do. I enlisted AFX and they quickly found the missing document proving my loan had been paid. They even called me to be sure the matter was settled! I was quite impressed.
