I love my TKO Properties office
I love my TKO Properties office. The finance manager, Debbie Dowdy and the office manager Angiee Stone are just wonderful and they have made this process as easy and comfortable as possible. If you’re looking for an office in shared space, TKO Properties is definitely the way to go.

Great Virtual Office
We have been with TKO since mid 2022. Angee took over our account this July and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Has made all the changes to our account we required, and has been very consistent ever since. Highly recommend.

ANGEE IS ON TOP OF HER GAME! I was very surprised to see all the refreshments ready and waiting with a fully stocked kitchen! It’s super cozy in here and I totally feel like I’m professionally glamping. She also has a great blend of professional and festive, with a smidge of personality; this makes the whole atmosphere warm and welcoming! Angee is also VERY easy to talk to and has this ability to make you feel settled in right away. She helped me navigate through the building with ease. Thanks again, Angee! You’re a real one! 💙

Great location and office setup
Great location and office setup. I had a sales meeting there with a few folks from my sales team and the conference room was great. I had a slight scheduling and billing problem that was my own fault but they quickly worked with me to resolve it. Price point is below most others in Knoxville. I am going to be using them moving forward. Even ran into a good friend of mine there who also uses the location.

I have been a client of TKO Suites for over 10 years and have just retired.Their office stall is very professional and I always felt that they worked directly for me and were always very helpful to my needs. Research Sessions in Raleigh NC
We're a Colorado-based medical device research company, and needed a facility to host 8 medical professionals for 3 hour sessions over the course of four days. The Raleigh TKO Suites met our needs to a T, and Office Manager Raven Singleton was amazing -- providing early access to the facility on a Sunday evening so that we could set up and hit the ground running Monday morning, graciously hosting and supporting our team, and even welcoming our research participants in advance of their sessions. We'll definitely look first to Raven and TKO Suites the next time we need facilities in Raleigh (and, based on our experience in Raleigh, even in other TKO Suites locations).

If you’re looking for office space, I highly recommend TKO Suites Wilmington! The staff have been incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Keisha, who made the entire process seamless.
We initially needed a conference room to rent for a month and turned to TKO Delaware. We ended up renting an office space here and couldn’t be happier. The office is clean, well-maintained, and professional.
Another big plus — we received our security deposit within two months. After just one follow-up call, the tracking details were shared with us the very next day, which was impressive.
A big thank you to Keisha for all her support. Highly recommend TKO Suites Wilmington for anyone looking for a reliable and professional office space!

TKO suites is the easiest and most accommodating agency I have had the pleasure to work with. Friendly staff. Go out of their way to help you and make you truly feel like you are home. They have great customer service and help you out when finances can be hard. Highly recommend renting and/or working with them.
