Downtown quality with suburbs traffic
Great place to get some work done. Been here for over 2 years and love the experience. Easy parking, almost no traffic around the office, quiet work environment, and great staff.

Inviting space
The environment was ideal, it is newly renovated with clean, bright lighting that created a professional and inviting atmosphere. The location was quiet and perfect for getting work done without distractions. Also the staff were extremely helpful. They have a great leasing and reception team that creates a welcoming environment for any professional or small business!

It is in the prime location, flexible cost for startups.
We had a fantastic experience with the organization, and we are very happy! This company maintains proper data security and values. I wonder if it has a cloud facility to manage everything online with safety measures.

Happy with my office lease here
I’ve been leasing my work office here for almost a year and have been overall happy with the experience. The space is well maintained, and I really appreciate the responsiveness of the office managers and all the TKO Suites staff whenever I have had any office needs. Highly recommend!

Landlords from Hell!
These people rewrote the definition of Slumlord, all they care about is money and no service to their tenants whatsoever. Garbage is always scattered everywhere, our trash that's supposed to be picked up every evening is alot of times still sitting in front of my office door when I come in the next day; front door that's supposed to be kept locked after 5:00pm is always left open and I have seen homeless people wonder the halls many times; it is always warm and stuffy in my office - I have told them time and time again to fix the air conditioning unit, to which they have failed to do; internet is sporadic and sometimes not working for weeks at a time; ceilings are not kept properly and could be falling off any minute; poor mail management (I always find other people's mail in my mailbox, and others have approached me giving me my mail). Stay away at all cost!

Awesome workspace
Having leased here since they opened up the space, I have nothing bad to say! All the staff and leasing agents have been nothing but kind and accommodating to my needs. Lease here if you want an awesome view of Atlanta and a quiet workspace!
