I absolutely love Tommee Tippee
I absolutely love Tommee Tippee! ❤️ Their products have become such a big part of our everyday life with my 8-month-old daughter, Sophia. One of her favorites is her Tommee Tippee straw cup, which has gotten SO much use that it’s practically on its last days. 😂
I recently reached out to their customer service just to share how much we love their products, and I was genuinely impressed by how kind and thoughtful their response was. They took the time to listen and made me feel like they actually cared about our experience.

I recently had an issue with one of my Tommee Tippee products and contacted their customer service team. From the very first interaction, I was impressed by how helpful, professional, and genuine the support was.
A huge shout-out to Susie – she was absolutely fantastic. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to resolve my problem quickly and efficiently. Her friendly and patient approach made the whole experience stress-free.

My son is severely special needs and the tommee tippee sportee water sippy cup is all he will drink out of! We’re having a hard time finding the cup! I chatted with someone here and they created a ticket and they are going to help me the best they can! Thank you for being so helpful!

Top notch customer service. I reached out because the straw in my son’s weighted straw cup had a rip in it, and I wanted to see if I could purchase replacement straws from the company. Nicholas replied the next day and said they would send replacement straws for free. I was not expecting that! Excellent service!!!

I love tommie tippie I’ve used it for all three of my kids and if I have more I’ll use them again and again. I’ve only had issues with one thing that was gifted to me a bottle brush but support was so easy and helpful and made everything better. Love their products.

that's what every customer service should be : top notch, fast to reply, very comprehensive and fully dedicated. We had an issue with one of our bottles and it has been taken care of within a few days, sending the new parts on such short notice. Very happy with their anticolic bottles and even more by the customer service team!
