Had a few issues with my trousers but I emailed the team at toms trunks and they got back to me very quickly and were extremely helpful! Love my pair and would recommend to everyone! Thank you so much toms trunks for your excellent costumer service and general helpfulness.

They are very nice and comfy and practical, you can wear them on any occasion very very useful love these! recommend.

This was my first time ordering from Toms Trunks and getting my first pair!, and I’m honestly over the moon with them! The quality is amazing, they fit perfectly, and you can really tell a lot of care has gone into the product.
I also had a small issue with my return (completely my mistake), but the customer service was incredible. A special thank you to Zara, who was so quick to help and made the whole process really easy and stress-free.
Overall, such a great first experience, I’ll definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend!

I have absolutely fallen in love with toms trunks as a brand! Their clothing is very versatile with lots of pockets and room to move aswell as looking absolutely fabulous! lovely team who are always friendly and helpful!

I’m waiting over a week for a returns label. No explanation offered. The item is good quality and environmentally friendly packaging but this delay is annoying.

Absolutely incredible customer experience . I ordered the wrong size and realised straight away so emailed to ask if I could change my order . I received a very kind email back the same day from a lovely guy called Olly. No automated email. No AI. Just a lovely human on the end of an email that was happy to help with something that was my error .

Product quality and customer service absolutely amazing. I’d purchased from the company before and I adore my product and had led me to now order 3 more! Had a small issue with an incorrect delivery address I had forgotten to delete from my account and following a quick email, Ollie from customer service responded in a very timely manner (45 mins!) and was especially polite and pleasant. Very positive experience.

Absolutely terrible experience with Tom’s trunks.

Upon receiving my order I had been sent the wrong pair of shorts. Upon emailing Tom’s trunks I was told I’d have to post the shorts back (a little inconvenient I thought but acceptable).

Tom’s trunks agreed to then send out the correct pair but after 4 more days of waiting and informing them I would need the shorts in time for a trip abroad on Wednesday (I had ordered the shorts over a week before) I was told my requested shorts were no longer in stock.

I’m now still awaiting my refund from Tom’s trunks and the whole experience has just been absolutely appalling, their level of customer service is an abysmal with little to no interest in reconciling the issue.

If you value your time and money you’ll avoid this company at all costs

Unfortunately I had to return my items, due to the fit- but the customer service (hello@tomstrunks email) was really quick at responding, and sorted my return quickly.

I did have to nudge on the tracking / refund process, but they were quick to investigate and fast track the refund .

I will say the quality of the products was really good, and I would have kept them if they fit perfectly. Sadly my legs are too long for the trousers !
