Terrible service
Terrible service ! Ordered a flask and Stanley lunch box
Flask came with dent in lid ! Called a d was told someone would call me bak
No call dpd called to collect the item
Flask a d lunch box sent bak as advised !
Three days later flask arrives with no lunch box !
The flask that I received was the one I sent bak as dent in same place !
Terrible service
Again someone supposed to call me bak no call!

I ordered like 5 or 6 times on their website, there's a lot of tools, brands ...
The price are correct even the cheapest for some products.
The shipping is really fast and when you visit the shop you can see a really nice team working there.

Very well stocked shop with very helpful & knowledgeable staff (Irish), cannot say the same for their non national manager. If he wishes to run a business in Ireland, he should educate himself in Irish Consumer Rights, regarding Gift Vouchers purchased before Dec 2019, where purchaser has to be informed of Exp Date, in "Durable medium".
For some reason, company doesn't seem to exist on "Solocheck"?
