Brilliant service. Very competitive pricing, and although there was a slight mix up with the order, the issue was dealt with extremely promptly and easily. I was very impresssed with the level of customer service shown.

I has trouble to find a fitting oring and they helped me pretty well, even allowed me measuring the orings out with a caliper which I brought there on my own.
They saved my project which would have otherwise being delayed for another 2 months.

Fast delivery this is my first time buying off this company but the products are top of the range bought a Milwaukee grease gun kit it will be a lifesaver will buy off toolfix again

Bought new product that doesn't work. Went back got it working. Brought home it never worked and went back. In and out the road. Appalling service been left waiting n waiting n told come back. Simple replacement wud do but no. Told come back for 3rd time .product is brand new and doesn't work. Not very happy at all and left waiting while others looked after then left standing. No after sales skills at all.

I ordered my milwaukee black heated hoodie on Sat 2nd Dec and it was delivered on Tues 6th by dpd. Excellent service and delighted with my purchase. I will definitely use toolfix again and will recommend to my friends.

Tried ordering a stilletto hammer was told there was error on site and to contact shop when I did I was told one off the lads would call me back to walk me thru the process as they would not take payment over phone but no one did few hours passed I rang back and explained the same thing I did previously & was told one off the lads would call me back I explained I was told that early that morning the man on the phone asked everyone at the desk and said that no one new what I was on about

Long story short no call back as they had no interest communication skills with staff are terrible no follow up whatsoever for a shop to stock such a great hammer and not be arsed with trying to sell should be shamed

Order came with no issues , good communication online .5 stars on this transaction my second so far ...very good .

I placed an order in good faith with Johnny at Toolfix on 17th July for a Dewalt nail gun and accessories and paid the price quoted of £180. Over 6 weeks have now passed and nothing has been received. I should have known something was not right when he advised that 'the bank details supplied for their Sum Up business bank account into which payment should be made won't be recognised but they are all correct' (my fault entirely for not trusting my gut feeling). Delivery was then promised to be made within 1-2 days, nothing!!! He further advised that if nothing was received in next few days following, he would arrange a refund - nothing again!!! Following a number of messages chasing him up he then told me he was arranging another courier as DPD had 'dropped him in the s..t'. On 27th July Johnny wrote to me to advise that Royal Mail would be picking the products up from DPD later that day and would deliver within 24 hours - still nothing!!! On 31st July he wrote to confirm that goods 'were on the way, I can assure you' - still nothing!!!

I have been chasing Johnny again right through August and he is now ignoring all of my messages and phonecalls. Clearly I have been shafted for £180 (my fault, I suppose) so all I can now do is warn others of my experience and let them decide for themselves as to whether they wish to deal with Toolfix. I would suggest, through my own experience, and the fact that I have still received nothing from them, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

It is the third time I have used the website. Toolfix has an excellent tool selection there. I think they specialise in Milwaukee tools. They have a unique collection of this brand, which is uncommon in Europe and even rarer in Ireland, available for immediate shipping.
The prices are very competitive, and the shipping is lightfast. On the three orders I made, they all arrived in 1 or 2 days after the order. Not even Amazon can do that.
They are now my place to go for tools. I wish they had a shop here in Dublin to spend my entire salary on their catalogue.
