This was a repeat order of the powder to spray on buxus to help prevent the buxus caterpillar and order went smoothly and received product as expected.

Fast, speedy delivery

The items have not arrived. I assume that this is due to the fact that Topbuxus shipped the products through EVRI, that once again have proven to be completely inept. Unfortunately this reflects very poorly on Topbuxus’ decision making and ultimately, their reputation. If I had known in advance that EVRI would be selected as the courier, I wouldn’t have ordered the products in the first place.

Update on 16th April: the items still have not been delivered. There has been no notification from either Topbuxus or EVRI regarding the delay or any effort being made to rectify this situation. Maybe Topbuxus could at least extend me the courtesy of some kind of recognition of this problem. In the meantime, my box plants are getting ever more vulnerable to infestation from those pesky caterpillars, PLEASE resolve this matter ASAP. Waiting two weeks for a straightforward delivery is totally unacceptable.

Update on 27th April. Still no delivery or any kind of correspondence from Topbuxus....what a dreadful organisation. Short of driving to the NL and standing menacingly in their offices, I have tried everything that I can think of to try to contact and gain a response from this company. I have tried calling, but they don't answer and they don't call back even though I left a message; I have tried using the "contact us" facility on their website but they don't respond; I have tried contacting them through a message on Ebay and they didn't respond to this either. I have now started proceedings with my bank to gain a credit card refund. However, looking at other recent reviews on Trustpilot, it appears I am not the only customer that Topbuxus have completely let down....this has all the hallmarks of a company that have gone out of business.

This is a real shame, as Topbuxus products are excellent, but it would have been far more acceptable if somebody who represents this outfit would have had the decency to respond to the many polite attempts I have made to contact them. Their lack of response is totally appalling.

By the way, I finally managed to buy their product from a garden centre that stock it and I purchased all of their small amount of remaining stock. However, they are based on the other side of London and it required a 140 mile round trip to get it. I have no idea what I am going to do next time!

I find your website difficult to navigate and as for paying for the products that was nearly impossible and I nearly gave up. What is the point of buying online of it takes you 30 mins to navigate the process. I would rather go to a shop
