The service is full, I am satisfied with it. If you ask anything even 7 o'clock in the late afternoon, the answer is in your mailbox in no time. The reason of the 4* is that the order has been forgotten, but after the first reminder email the shipping was immediatelly, and the delivery did not last more than 4 days from the Netherlands to Hungary.
