I've gotta agree with the other mates.
I've been/currently using several cashback sites and topcashback by far is the worst cashback site there is.
Sometimes they do have higher cashback %,but in reality, you'll end up not getting paid for any issues, or take forever for them to become payable...
Their cs is absolutely horrifying...

Yet again fobbed off after 5 months & no payment. Queried my payment (which tracked perfectly- did everything needed) several times. Each time get a patronising reply such as "Your claim may take some time to be resolved, but we'll try our best to collect your cashback. We appreciate your patience during the process." No useful, direct customer service feedback. They also quote statements along the lines of "It is not fair if we process your claim and others do not receive theirs". Since when is my payment supposed to be linked to other people's. That's Topcashback's problem to solve- it's like they're passing their problems onto me. I did my bit and deserve my payment. Not worth the massive amount of time you spend to chase payments. They get 2 star cumulative ratings on other Trustpilot reviews. Dreadful company- I feel like I've been scammed! Never again!

Worst Cashback website, pay in almost 6 month

Unable to match maximum cashback claim, topcashback.in closes the guarantee claim slyly.. pathetic

I've been associated with TopCashBack.in from mid 2013 and they're no doubt the very best cash back website by a long distance in India. They have all the top merchants affiliated with them and have an amazing record on following up any missing cashback claims. Very professional people respond through their customer care channel; I've never received "template responses" which are typical of customer care units across the world!

Exceptional experiences:
1. A couple of times when the merchant was no longer associated with TopCashBack, yet they honored a missing cashback claim (probably out of their own pocket).
2. They allowed a missing cashback claim beyond their standard 3 month boundary and even chased the merchant for paying it.

Uniqueness:
1. New categories of "faster paying" merchants added where the cashback amount is actually credited within a month (on an average) as opposed to the 90 days standard.
2. Highest Cashback guarantee feature will allow you to request them for payout of the difference between what you got from TopCashBack and that you may have gotten from any of their competitors with higher rate during that time period.

Overall, I'd very highly recommend TopCashBack to all Indian online shoppers!

I have been associated with TopCashBack since early 2013 & i find them very professional and effective with providing solutions to issues that arise with genuine customers/claims, especially given the number of times when the merchants or affiliates have defaulted on timelines (taking well over 100+ days for settling genuine claims) & each time on notifying the delay to TCB, TCB have been prompt in clearing the dues.

TCB' cashback rates for most merchants are the best than its competitors (except that some prominent merchants are still not part of TCB, hope they get the big ones on board soon).

I find merchants/affiliates to be dishonest at times (changing cashback values randomly, one has to be extra vigilant and notify TCB about it. TCB has to do the dirty work to set the record straight. For Example - Earlier today FOODPANDA changed my confirmed cashback value to Rs 40/-; which was showing correct value of Rs 180/- as first time user. I find that plain irritating, unethical and unprofessional from certain merchants/affiliates, but i can vouch for TCB guarding genuine customers/claims interest in matters like this).

So far, so good with TCB & i highly recommend them. I hope they maintain the standards as they grow.

Well I have been buying online from a very long time but I came to know about Topcashback around 8 months ago and from that time I have been saving a huge amount on doing my shopping online. Trust me I never saw such a fabulous customer support where you just need to intimate them about your issues and within minutes your issues are resolved.
