The bags are overpriced for material…
The bags are overpriced for material and quality. I recently bought the bucket bag and noticed a small stain on it the day after. I went back to the store to ask what I can do and they said I could wash it but nothing else they can do to help. These bags are not worth the price tag! Super disappointing.

Customer service is not responsive
I previously bought a bag from them and liked it, so I decided to order another one with two straps. Unfortunately, my experience this time has been disappointing.
Now, with my latest online order, the package was marked as delivered, but when I got home, it was nowhere to be found. I reported this to Topologie, and again, it has been over 30 hours with no response. Meanwhile, I’ve been trying to start an investigation with the delivery service, DPD, but they told me that I cannot initiate it myself—Topologie has to reach out to them first. But of course, that’s not happening because they’re not checking or responding to emails.
The lack of customer service is frustrating. I hope they eventually respond and actually provide a solution, but at this point, I’m really disappointed.
UPDATE: I received a response asking if I was sure about the situation, but it did not include any further steps toward a solution.
UPDATE2: it has been a week since I've reached out, still no solution from Topologie.

Good experience
On my side, I had a very positive experience with customer service following an issue with one of the article. They replied quickly and provided a positive solution. Wish more customers service were like this!

En voyant pour la 1ère fois les produits TOPOLOGIE j'ai vraiment craqué. Payer 25 euros une corde,et 2 mousquetons +10 euros un adaptateur coque pour que:1 l'anneau de l'adaptateur lâche ultra rapidement et que 2 l'un après l'autre les mousquetons se désolidarisent: inadmissible. Si j'avais voulu acheter bas de gamme et jetable je serai aller chez ACTION :1,45 euros l'ensemble vs 35 chez TOPOLOGIE. Je pense que nous sommes des milliers à être très décus. Il faut revoir la conception produit. Certes les mousquetons sont top mais la jonction.... Très décue. De plus je l'ai offert à plusieurs personnes ....Quel geste proposez vous?
Poor Quality Strap and Non-Existent Customer Service
I purchased a leather iPhone strap from Topologie, expecting both durability and reliability. Unfortunately, the strap broke with minimal force when it was slightly pulled—far below what you'd expect from a product designed for everyday use.
Worse still, I reached out to their customer service over a month ago requesting a replacement, and I’ve received no response at all. Repeated follow-ups have been completely ignored.
Both the product quality and the customer support have been deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend Topologie based on my experience.

Avec mon compagnon nous avons tous les deux craqués sur les sacoches Bottle. Malheureusement premier problème : la sangle ne tient pas, et se détache en cours de route à cause du maintient faible apporté par le petit morceau de sangle mou censé être raccroché au mousqueton…. Donc nous contactons le service client, qui nous rapporte gentiment un jeu de sangles. Même problème. Nous avons simplement ajouté un mousqueton rond pour faire la liaison… Nous avions acheté ce sac pensant qu’il était deperlant. Nous habitons une région fortement pluvieuse. Ne faites absolument pas confiance à ce sac pour vos affaires car elles se retrouveront abîmées par l’humidité et par l’eau qui s’incruste dans la toile … Très déçus par la qualité, au vu du prix payé tout de même … après avoir aussi lu des avis qui sont similaires; je vous conseille de vous rapprocher d’une autre marque moins onéreuse si vous cherchez ce type de sac à bandoulière ! Il est fort petit, certes l’intérieur est pratique, mais c’est tout …

Returned item and haven’t been refunded!!!
They received my return THREE WEEKS ago and still haven’t processed my refund. They confirmed they got the item which was returned the day after delivery. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. How can I file a complaint for a refund?

Worst experience. It's been 2-3 weeks since I ordered two types of iPhone cases, and I still haven't received them, so when I contacted customer service, they told me that they would resend them, but since one type was out of stock, they could only send the other one. After that, as we continued to communicate, we were told that the other type was out of stock as well! The didn’t keep item for me. It's been a month and a half since I first placed my order, and I only received a refund. The customer service response is slow each time, and I would like to get my time and effort back. I should have read the reviews first and ordered from a different site from the beginning!!!

I regret not checking other reviews before placing my order. The order was not delivered, and I haven't received a refund. They are unresponsive. I hope to eventually receive the refund. Waste of time and money

J’ai commandé un cordon récemment d’un montant de 45€. Quelle fut ma surprise, qu’en deux jours, on me prélève la première fois 47€ et la deuxième fois 45€. Une arnaque, n’achetez pas chez eux

Déçue de la qualité des cordons…1mois après achat en magasin déjà complètement rouillé…je suis dégoûtée
service client au top : remplacement d’une pièce gratuite et solidité des produits
J’avais acheté il y a un an une coque topologie basique noire avec un cordon : super pratique pour mon boulot dans le social et y mettre mes clés, la coque maintien parfaitement mon iPhone, quand mon ancien cordon avait lâché en courant. Là aucun risque ça ne bouge pas !
Il y a peu je m’appuie sur mon téléphone posé dans mon lit et mon poids a clairement cassé un bout de la partie qui se clipse entre la coque et le téléphone pour accrocher le cordon, c’était clairement de ma faute. Sur le site, je vois qu’il est impossible de racheter uniquement cette partie et je n’avais pas envie de racheter une coque alors que la mienne est en parfait état.
J’ai envoyé un mail à l’adresse communiquee sur le site, en expliquant la raison de la casse et que puisse que c’est de ma faute je voudrais leur racheter uniquement l’embout… quelques jours après le service m’a informée qu’ils allaient m’envoyer gratuitement l’embout : pas de frais pour celui ci ni pour la livraison ; j’ai simplement communiqué mes coordonnées et en une semaine je retrouvais ma coque comme neuve gratuitement.
Le service m’a répondu que en anglais mais aucun soucis : Google trad est là pour nous aider, je répondais en français et tout était nickel !
Je ne comprends pas les autres avis qui indiquent que le service client est inexistant… encore une fois en sachant que j’ai cassé la coque en m’appuyant dessus dans le lit ils ne m ont rien fait payer !

received my items as ordered, so can confirm that the product is legitimate, but have been trying to process a return for over a week and it is nearly impossible to get any reply from customer service and when you do they want strange details like pictures of the items, etc.
i supplied all of this and have followed up 3 times now but nobody answers. i just want to return this item and get a refund.
not worth the trouble. i'm going back to buying things IRL in stores, it's not worth the trouble dealing with this so often.

C'est tout beau mais ça ne tient pas la route (6 mois) et le SAV est inexistant.
Cordon incroyable mais coque déplorable
J’ai commandé une coque transparente compatible MagSafe ainsi qu’une cordelette.
Rien à dire sur le cordon. La qualité est incroyable.
Cependant, la coque qui a couté 50€, a été complètement griffée en une journée alors qu’aucune de mes coques n’a jamais été autant griffée.
Awful delivery experience
Very worrying experience so far
I have ordered 2 items nearly 2 months ago. They were undelivered twice and then sent back, then my order was lost and sold out, they asked me to choose another one which I did. They said they will inform me when they ship it, it has been over 2 weeks ago and there are no emails from them and no response to my emails, instagram comments etc. I am really worried they are a scam.
