Staff are polite and super helpful. I went back and forth with one of them trying to get a suitable date, and travel route for my reservation, and they got me a new reservation at no additional cost. Pretty good service, and for a reasonable cost as well. I recommend this service!

they did a great job by returning very swift and delivering exactly where I asked for. Also an amendment was handled in the same manor. Strongly recommend them.

I made a mistake when filling out the form and wasn’t able to use the onward ticket that I had booked. When I emailed them, they were very quick in answering back, pointing out the issue swiftly and finally reimbursing me as I could not use the ticket anymore. Thank youuu

I made a mistake of booking my ticket for the wrong travel date. Even though the ticket cannot be changed once delivered, Kim was so kind to book me a new ticket for free. This is the best customer service I've had in a long while. Highly recommend Top Onward Ticket!

Kim did what we needed in less than 10 minutes. We made a mistake on the request which led to the wrong flight being booked. Although it was our mistake, she changed it for free and again she did it immediately. She also advised us on the right flights to take for our circumstances.

We had tried this previously with other suppliers and it didnt work. This was perfect and she was also the cheapest. In future we will not use anyone else for this service, we will simply go to Top Onward Ticket.
