Yes because the reservation and airplane is 100% real, i checked every of my reservation, so that's a +++

But i mistaked one (or they ?) with a wrong city, so i wanted to contact them, and i never had answer, mail and live chat.

So use it but be careful !

Quick and easy, and the reservation number with name and info was valid when checking at the airline website it was reserved on.

Bad thing is the exactly date we added was not the reserved flight dates, example if you plan to go 15th to 25th, add 10th to 30th instead so you have more days, so it wont be reserved as 17th to 23rd.
Better to have this website trying to reserve 12th to 27th for an example.

Or Toponwardticket should ask before they reserve if the dates is not the same as we add.

Ticket is only valid for 2 weeks, so make the start date from the day before the Visa interview at the embassy. If you make it valid from today but the interview is in 3 weeks, the embassy won't be able to check the reservation.

Jeg skulle flyve fra Langkawi til Bali. Min plan var så at forlænge visum yderligere en måned efter ankomst til Bali. Jeg var i tvivl om jeg skulle købe billet til Singapore og så blot smide den væk efter ankomst. For en sikker skyld købte (lejede) jeg en billig billet hos Top Onward Ticket. Billetten er god nok - med PNR nummer og alt. Jeg betalte 10 US$ for billetten, og havde papirerne i orden. Utroligt nok blev jeg udvalgt til et meget grundigt tjek, af tolderne i lufthavnen ved ankomst til Bali. De tjekkede min billet, købt hos Top Onward Ticket, godkendte den, og jeg blev lukket ind på den dejlige ø. Havde jeg ikke haft billet fra Top Onward Ticket var jeg passager på næste fly ud af Bali. De 10 US$ var godt givet ud 😜

Really so nice and quick customer support

At first I loved the fact that I could schedule the time at which I wanted to receive the mail and it was really easy to do it.
Excellent communication interface, there was a chat on line where I could ask for a little change on the date. Even I was in Europe the chat was open very early. Later in the day as I was a little stressed by the timing of the copyshop I asked the ticket for 15 minutes earlier and it came in time. Really appreciate how it was simple and fast to communicate. The ticket was perfect. Thanks a lot to the Mrs Kim.
