What makes this thing work is customer support. And my booking process started with a doubt about which airline I was gonna be booked on. Support suggested an airline and i was happy with it. And paid 10$. Got the ticket in 5 mins. But on checking with the airline website, it showed unconfirmed ticket/unpaid. This was a bit disappointing because this wouldn't work.
The support was chatting with me through out and suggested alternatives.
Within the next 15 mins, I had a confirmed ticket with another airlines.
What was most impressive is that support offered a full refund if I was not happy with the ticket.
That definitely builds trust.
I'm sure to refer this to others.

I needed a ticket for the Chinese visa, I was struggling a lot to reserve a ticket, not really good at these things.
