Excellent service from start to finish! The booking process was smooth, staff was friendly and professional and the cars are clean and new. Highly recommend this company for stress-free car rental.
Probably the best service for value that You can get in Vilnius Lithuania, i personally recommend the brand new Audi A5 wich they have.
I was pleased with the service and the car was up to the task, couldn't ask for more. Queue was a bit long, but i guess thats how it is when the rental company is most popular.
The hidden extra costs are unbelievable.
I paid upfront for the cleaning and was now charged with 100€ deep cleaning fee because it was deemed too dirty.
Upon arrival I was charged an extra 45€ for eveey border crossing. I was referred to their policy. Well, it says
Customers whose travel plans include:-driving outside the country of rental,crossing borders,travelling between states, ortravelling to different islands within the same country must advise the car hire company before they pick the car up. Restrictions may apply for certain countries which may require the customer to pay additional fees.
Within the EU that is inacceptable. It does not say "You will be charged WHEN crossing", but that is what happens. Do not say "MAY" apply or "certain countries" when it ALWAYS applies for ALL countries.
Cannot recommend this company.

Pre-booked car. Almost 1 hour waiting at Vilnius Airport office to get to the front desk (2 customers before me, roughly 30 min. service per customer). The car was dirty inside (debris on the carpets and floor mats, spots on the plastic panels). The renting agent "forgot" to mention, the security deposit return can take up to 30 working days (!). Vehicle must be washed and cleaned by the client before return, otherwise Toprent charges extra for the above. Stay away!
P.S. (After receiving the reply from the rental agency).
1. The safety deposits are indeed blocked on customers cedit card accounts, however it is absolutely untrue, that the funds remain reserved for 14 to 30 days, nor that this is a standard issue with any other rental agency. I happen to travel a lot and rent cars at various destinations and the safety deposit is normally released within 7-10 working days! So please refrain from telling lies.
2. The policy regarding optional cleaning (or being charged extra for returning dirty vehicle) would have been absolutely acceptable, providing your customers were INFORMED ABOUT IT BEFOREHAND! I personally learned about it only by reading the negative comments about your company, Still, if your customers either return the clean vechicles, or the are alternatively cleaned by your staff, then how come I was handed over the DIRTY car?
3. If you truly want to improve the quality of your service, then maybe at least implement the second, or even third front desk. The other agencies had even more customers waiting, yet they were all succesfully served before I could even get to your single desk, tiny office.

Extra costs for upgrade charged although never requested / lack of clear communication / no reply after two weeks : When I came to your desk at VNO airport on 8th August at 18h45 to pick up my rental car, your local representative told me had good news and could offer a vehicle upgrade. I guess because my requested car VW Polo or similar was not available. However, he never mentioned that there would be an extra cost of 99.17€ + 21% VAT for this upgrade. Otherwise, I had refused the upgrade as I have never requested it.
I was surprised to notice afterwards that this extra cost has been charged from my creditcard. You must be able to see via cameras that the extra cost has never been mentioned by your colleague on duty. I believe this is totally unacceptable and I fiel ripped. On return the person on duty that a refund would be most likely accepted but that I had to send an e-mail. After two weeks and several reminders I have still received no reply

Disappointing experience in Vilnius Airport. I should pay for car cleaning (15 euros), as it is supposed to be returned clean (never had this before). But it was not clean from the beginning. I was told that it is company policy, and I should have read it.

Car was fine, person on desk at airport wasn't the friendliest but sorted everything out quickly, few complaints.
However, returned car over 2 and a half weeks ago, still haven't received my €150 deposit back - received a report in the day it was returned saying the car was fine with no damage.
Still waiting!!!

Nothing wrong with the car, it was the hidden clause, I took out FULL insurance and even paid for the car to be cleaned(which is a con) I'm advising all people to check the car over and take photos, I didn't unfortunately, as i had full insurance. I wasn't told about a clause to say they charge you for an inspection after the car is returned if there is damage. a srone chip on the windscreen, whch as I didn't have to pay for but still charged me 60EUROS FOR THE INSPECTION, A 2 minute walk around the car for 60 euros?? Please to all Renters beware this company THIS IS SOLEY MY EXPERIENCE IN PALANGA AIRPORT

Reservation canceled after you to late to pick up car 30-60 min. Who find this rules??? I pay for something i never get...imagine you buy a burger in Mcd and some one tell you you are late to pick up, go away! Not so much help from so called manager in the ofice, only word that manager now is "do you read terms?"
Awoid this company.
P.S. After returning car from another company, this manager overtaking me at airport way with insane speed,a teast 80 when i think restriction is 40-50 km.h? How this company get so many stars here its the qwestion.Maybe bqs only local people leaving good comments here....

I've rented a car from them in November 2024 ant they charged my credit card 50Eu in April 2025 for a supposed parking violation.

Rented a car for couple days added some extras as unlimited mileage and cleaning fee. Paid €100 deposit.Car been looked after these days and returned in good condition, however next day received invoice with €99.99 cleaning fee as they said vehicle needs a deep valet as a car mat had a tiny spillage on it, which i never bothered to clean as i had paid for cleaning fee already. Customer service was horrible, I just been ignored. I received reply only after my complaint in english and once my bank been involved. Luckily, my bank opened dispute against them and reversed my payment (deposit)back. Avoid them if possible or contact your bank straight after if you have any issues.

I had an excellent experience with Toprent car hire company at Kaunas Airport. Mikas provided a wonderful and very quick service to me. Originally, I have booked my car with Green motion but on the day of my arrival they failed to provide me with the manual transmission car despite me specifically requesting fit during my booking. What a disappointing experience. Never again I’m renting a car from this company. Thankfully, Mikas from Toprent company arranged the car for me very quickly and efficiently. I was able to pick it up within 30mins. Very grateful and a happy customer. Great service. Recommended. 👍🏻😁

Everything about this car rental experience was great! The process was quick, the staff were kind and easy to talk to, and the car itself was perfect—clean, comfortable, and fun to drive.
I felt totally confident and taken care of the whole time. Honestly, it couldn’t have gone better. I’d absolutely rent again and even kind of wish I could keep the car!
